Good value for money.

Pros: Great location, big size, hosts let us check in early and we’re really great. Fair breakfast. For the price you really can’t complain. Other reviews mentioned noise from the street, we didn’t have an issue with this at all, slept very well.

Cons: Shower was slightly unclean

Good base for few days in Palermo

Pros: Fair price, excellent location, good base for 1-2 days (sleep and go) in Palermo. Room has all basic necessities (cafe machine, water heater, plates, glasses, cups, knifes, spoons.....). Affordable and good restaurant across the street.

Cons: To much noise from traffic for those who are sensitive on loud and have light dream.

Pros: Nice place central to major point of interest in the city.

Pros: Only left breakfast for 2 mornings we were there for 3 mornings. No mugs for tea

Cons: Bed was dangerous with wooden slats not fitting into slots causing bed to collapse dangerous for children and older people

Pros: Located in the oldtown. Lot of space on two floors. Small balcony

Pros: very good location, right in the historic centre of Palermo great restaurant right outside with good access to other food and drink spots facilities were good we didn’t realise when booking that the front door opened up straight onto the street but it caused us no issues at all lots of comments talk about it being loud outside but we stayed from Sunday- Tuesday and had no issues at all with noise

Cons: bed was a bit uncomfortable not much natural light as two small windows

Soggiorno molto piacevole e il Sig.Vincenzo sempre disponibile, ritornerò sicuramente.

Pros: La posizione è veramente ottima nel cento storico vicino al teatro Massimo, la stanza confortevole e comoda.

Cons: L'unica pecca era che nel bagno non era presente il bidè ma il resto era tutto a posto
