Pros: Dear Francesca, I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful stay. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the view was simply breathtaking. My room was cleaned every day, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. You were always kind, helpful, and really carrying . I truly felt warmly welcomed from the first moment. You can really tell that this hotel is managed with love and heart, and that made my experience even more special! I love Palermo and the people from Palermo🫶🏼 Thank you again for everything. Se Dio voule ci vediamo in Summer. ☀️☀️☀️

Great location, brilliant host
Pros: Amazing location overlooking the cathedral. Host was always available and very helpful with whatever we needed. Room had everything we needed, balcony was a good size to sit for two people with great view of the cathedral. Room was very clean.

Fantastic Palermo stay
Pros: Everything about the property was fantastic, the host was very helpful after a small mishap with checking in. Room was beautiful and perfectly situated for Palermo central, everything is nearby, all very clean and cleaned each day from 10am, would happily come back again. Breakfast is a voucher for the cafe across from the Cathedral, staff there were very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed at all.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Great location lovely stay!
Pros: Great location, fantastic host communication was excellent, really clean and well maintained. Fresh water and coffee left every day. Breakfast was at the cafe across the road and that was also superb. We were here for our honeymoon and the host Francesca made us feel so welcome and left us some prosecco which was so lovely.
Cons: A little bit small but was more than fine for the two of us

Comfortable and super convenient, would definitely recommend it.
Pros: Very comfortable and clean room, spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. Good air conditioning. Lovely balcony with wonderful view of the cathedral. Prompt and helpful responses from the owner.
Cons: wifi did not work for much of the time - owner was helpful, and explained it was a temporary problem at the city level.

Amazing location and character.
Pros: Amazing setting with beautiful views of the cathedral. The room was a very good size, modern bathroom and incredibly clean plus a beautiful decorative ceiling. Coffee and tea facilities, air-con and a fridge.We would definitely recommend it as a great base to explore Palermo!
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like, and it could easily be a 10 out of 10, but we didn't realise breakfast would be at a cafe externally, which didn't cater for coeliacs. Also, we just wondered if it would be worth considering adding a safe in the room? Otherwise, we were exceptionally happy.

Clean, comfortable, excellent location
Pros: I had a fantastic stay at Alle Abisi della Cattedrale. The room was really clean and comfortable and had everything I needed (bottles of cold water, toiletries, coffee machine, kettle, AC, hairdryer). Francesca was really accommodating with my late check in due to a delayed flight and allowed me to access the small shared sitting room after check out as my return flight was late in the evening. The location is exceptional, with a beautiful view of the back of the cathedral, close to all the main sites like Palazzo dei Normanni. It was perfect to come back to for a break from sightseeing. The breakfast is a 5€ voucher for a nearby café with a beautiful view of the cathedral. This covered a granita and brioche or a cornetto and cappucino. You can pay the difference if you order something over 5€, although when I went 50 cents over they wouldn't accept the money and told me not to worry.
