Well maintained B&B

Pros: We were able to 'check in' early and leave our suitcases. There was car parking available at the house. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a breakfast room with self service breakfast and a wide range of cakes, biscuits, pastries on offer, plus fruit, juices, chilled items. It was a smart well presented house with a marble staircase, Simona clearly takes pride in her B&B.

Cons: The driveway to the property was very narrow and steep, I was glad our hire car is small. It didn't bother my husband. The house wasn't in easy walking distance of Monreale (it took 5 minutes to drive to the centre and we always found on street metered parking spaces). The house was quite close to a busy road (the traffic noise was not too bad). As the rooms have hard floors the noise of chairs scraping on floor above was very loud (fortunately the upstairs neighbours didn't move their chairs around late into the night).

Pros: Super clean, great communication, very very polite! Great breakfast, huge variety. Overall a great experience!!

Cons: Not the best soundproofing.

Pros: Our host Simona was very contactable, the place was very clean & a huge breakfast selection. The onsites off the street parking is a bonus..

Cons: Little bit of traffic noise, but after a while you get use to it.

The ideal place

Pros: Good area, nice host, good parking, good breakfast,,,, Very happy

Pros: The location is very good, you are very near Palermo and its a good place to travel around from Monreale. But you have to have a car. The place is very clean, the breakfast has a vast variety of sweets. The room is big enough. There is a very nice view from the balcony. You dont really hear the traffic from the street nearby much. So, that didnt bother me at all. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone..

Cons: There is no heating in the bathroom. So if you stay here in the winter, as we did, its a bit chilly. But the water is nice and warm, so you can have a nice hot shower.

Pros: breakfast fantastic, view outside is so beautiful from hill top

Cons: the view outside and light decoration at night. self checkin very well informed and guided.

Pros: Helpful host. Amazing views. Lots of choice of food/drinks. Great value for money.

Pros: Good breakfast. The place is near Palermo and Monreal. The room was really nice and very confortable.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning. We had a small problem with the check-in, the room that i was staying was missing the key room (autonomous check in), but after a quick call it was fixed.

Pros: Confortable room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Great location and views. Note that there is an entrance from the back with ample and secure parking

Pros: While there a lot of items on the breakfast, most of them were sugar based - something salty would have been great.
