Pros: We stayed 4 nights at Palazzo Conte Federico, had a problem with the guts 1st morning, horrible smell. We called Claudia, she was incredibly reactive and within 5 minutes she was there and offered to change room , upgrading us. The surroundings are amazing, right in the heart of Palermo. We loved the pazzo visit !

Cons: The air conditioning is noisy and could be more efficient. But we are aware that Mediterranean homes are not necessarily adapted to winter. It was not freezing anyway

Amazing apartment in Palermo

Pros: We loved everything about this wonderful apartment in such a gorgeous historic Palazzo. We couldn't believe how lucky we were to be able to stay in a 900 year old building. We loved the way it was furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Claudia went above and beyond to help us out on our last morning when we needed some documents copied, and she walked with us to the shop, Thank you again Claudia for your kindness. We thoroughly recommend the Palazzo Conte Federico as a little hideaway in busy Palermo.

Pros: An absolute fantastic accommodation in one of the oldest Palazzo ´ s in Palermo. Very unique, beautiful and all newly renovated apartments. The hosts are lovely and share great tips for the city. Do not miss the tour you can book through the Palazzo, the owners themselves will show you around.

A perfect homebase for exploring Palazzo dei Normanni and other nearby wonders!

Pros: We felt right at home, in walking distance from everything we wanted to see, with super-comfy beds and touches of palazzo living including antiques and maiolica tiles. The two apartments together made an ideal stay for two couples, with rooms across the hall from each other so we could eat communally but have separate spaces whenever we wanted. We'll have to come back soon so we can do the palazzo tour (we lost a day of our trip to a cancelled flight but it's fun to have an excuse to return!)

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Das Apartment war sehr schön, die Lage super (sehr ruhig und dennoch mitten in der Altstadt). Bedingt durch die Fassadengestaltung des Palazzo waren jedoch die Fenster sehr klein, so dass auch tagsüber Kunstlicht notwendig war.
