Pros: We had a truly wonderful time in Palermo. The apartment is centrally located, close to all the attractions. The terrace, where we ate breakfast in the morning and sipped a glass of wine in the evening, is a huge plus. Host Gianni was very nice, friendly and helpful. I can recommend this apartment. We would love to stay in this apartment again on our next visit to Palermo.

Perfect quintessential Sicilian apartment

Pros: The property was perfectly located, walking distance to everything from museums to restaurants and bars. The terrace was the best part, perfect to watch the sunset and have drinks. The apartment was well equipped, great air conditioning in the bedroom and a powerful shower. Gianni the host was really helpful and attentive.

Pros: I LOVED this appartment, it is so beautiful and the location is perfect, I would definately come here I again if im ever in Palermo.

Pros: Air conditioning in bedroom was great. Location was excellent as we wanted to stay in old town. Roof terrace was excellent, and nice table and chairs to sit in, including more comfortable chairs. There is nice tea lights in terrace that auto come on around 7 p.m. which was charming. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make a meal, we had salad, pasta, bruschetta. The apartment is split on 2 levels so you need to be able to walk up / down spiral stairs. The apartment is very central with only a short walk to Lidl supermarket, and also all the vibes of the streets with music, and lots of restaurant choices. The hosts were amazing and catered for any problems (wifi wasn't working, not their fault) and they came round and fixed as soon as they figured out the issue. They also popped round to come tie up the terrace awning, as we were due a storm following day.

Cons: The mocha coffee jug was only for one person, so I think this should be replaced with one for 2? There was no toaster or microwave - however, there was a grill for toast and a pot for heating up milk for coffee so we managed just fine.

Pros: Lovely balcony, comfortable apartment, decent shower, great location for old town and train station. Be aware there are lots of steep steps up to the apartment though!

Best place I’ve stayed in Palermo so far

Pros: Amazing location and the place was very comfortable. The terrazzo was is a special place. Giovanni was also an excellent host, very communicative and very helpful.

Pros: Great location, wonderful apartment owner, very helpful and friendly

Cons: It can be quite noisy at night or in the morning, so people with sleep problems may feel uncomfortable at times – there’s a very loud family living next door. However, I think this just adds to the authentic Sicilian atmosphere 😄

Great terrace and wonderful decoration

Pros: The terrace is amazing. You got sun all day. The whole apartment is super nicely decorated. It’s functional and cosy. The bed is comfortable .

Cons: Smoke smell came into the flat, but after I closed the window to the hallway, it was fine. Neighbours talk very loud in the evening - take it as the Italian experience ;)

Pros: This is a wonderful apartment in the heart of the old town. The apartment is very modern but has a traditional feel to it. It was spotless on arrival and we were provided with a tour by the host. It is very spacious with the highlight being the terrace which gets the sun all day while being very peaceful at night. It is a very close walk to the old town, a 10 minute walk to the marina and has public transport on the doorstep. The host was fantastic. He let us drop our bags in well before check-in time then let us check in as soon as the apartment was ready. I was trying to find an iron for my clothes and he very kindly dropped one off to the apartment that day for no charge. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Palermo.

Pros: We loved our stay here! The apartment is beautiful and well equipped and the location is perfect for exploring Palermo by foot (also close to Palermo Centrale, Lidl supermarket and the famous pedestrian streets). The owners are kind and helpful and I would totally recommend a stay here. Keep in mind that being located in the old city, the buildings and streets surrounding the area may not look great but we never felt unsafe or bothered by this aspect.
