Pros: Very nice apartment, very clean, well equipped, beautiful terrace, great location close to the center and lots of restaurants nearby. The property owner was so kind and help us with the parking slot (which is really challenging). Many thanks, we had an great time!

Fantastic apartment and host. Made our stay in Palermo special.
Pros: The host was superb. Apartment was spotless and the roof terrace was so peaceful to relax on particularly late afternoon. He contacted us days before to say the lift was broken and offered an alternative apartment. When he collected us from the train station he insisted we view the other apartment. We stayed with our first choice and he carried our bags up the stairs for us. A new lift is being installed at present. The apartment was worth the climb. The host also picked us up and delivered us to the bus station.
Cons: Apart from the lift nothing. This will be completed by the end of September.

We have enjoyed the stay despite small things. Definetely I do recommend this appartment.
Pros: Nice and new appartment, very nicely furnished, big bathroom, terrace only for yourself, everything what you need when travelling. Good location, near to the public transport, to the city center. Nice welcome from the host and very good communication.❤️
Cons: Steep staircase going to appartment, not suitable for small children, very small elevator, no windows, resp. 1 small window facing the wall.😔

Pros: Very clean, very nice rooftop terrace! a lot of space and very peetty furniture. everything seems well made and new. the bed was very comfortable. the kitchen was very well equipped. very nice flair.
Cons: Air was a bit stuffy, because the windows open only to courts within the building. there are some weird noises (elevator, water pump..?) and blinking sensors in every room. we dont know what they were for (motion, camera, fire protection) they blinked when you moved, even in the bed when sleeping.

Super Ort um einige schöne Tage in Palermo zu verbringen
Pros: Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, obwohl wir wegen der Verspätung der Fähre erst 22:45 ankamen, statt um 18:00. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ideal und ruhig gelegen.

Pros: Très bien localisé à proximité du centre historique. Très bien équipé. Superbe terrasse.
Cons: L'appartement est mansardé, donc peu de fenêtres donnant vers l'extérieur. La terrasse permet d'avoir une vue!

Pros: Das Appartement ist super schön und modern eingerichtet. Es liegt sehr zentral, am Rand des Stadtzentrums. Die Dachterrasse gehört exklusiv zum Appartement. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Pros: Splendide appartement, propre, confortable, calme, proche des lieux à visiter. Très bon accueil, les propriétaires sont chaleureux et attentionnés. J'y reviendrai, c'est certain. Très jolie vue depuis la petite terrasse sur le toit.

Sehr ruhige und komfortable FeWo mit wundervoller Dachterrasse
Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattete Fewo in guter Lage zur Innenstadt mit einer tollen Dachterrasse direkt gegenüber eines kleinen Parks. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und waren erstaunt darüber wie leise es in der FeWo ist. Giacomo hat uns einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür reserviert und uns bestens empfangen. Tolles Bad, Küche mit Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine und großem Kühlschrank, bequemes Bett und überall Air-Con. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
Cons: Fewo ist im 4.Stock. Über einen kleinen Aufzug ist der 3.Stock zu erreichen. Danach etwa 12 enge, steile Stufen zum Eingang - kein Problem, es sei denn für Kinder oder in der Mobilität eingeschränkte Menschen. Große Koffer auch nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.
