Casa Tulum - Sea View & Breakfast

Pros: The Location and the apartment was amazing. The view of the waterfront and the little balcony to sit on and enjoy the smells of the ocean and the bakery cooking their delicious wares which you could enjoy with your breakfast at Bar Italico. Sitting on the balcony watching the world beneath you and the staff at the bar at breakfast where they produce a table and chairs from nowhere and set a table. It was a truly memorable experience

Pros: Vincenzo was an excellent host as were his family at the local eatery across the street Bar Italico. Amazing pastries and coffee and arancini! Thank you for all the recommendations and being so hospitable.

Cons: A little difficult to find but once you do v obvious. Good location for access/amenities but a little noisy as near a main road. The good outweighs the bad easily!

The perfect apartment for our visit to Palermo.

Pros: Vincenzo was the perfect host and made our stay most pleasurable. He met us at the apartment at the time agreed and made sure that we understood how everything worked. He also gave us information and advice on where to eat and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was served at the wonderful bakery just across the road with a fantastic range of breads and pastries where you can eat in or take back to the fully equipped apartment. When we had to leave Vincenzo arranged our transport to the airport and this made departing so much easier. We would highly recommend Casa Tulum to those seeking first rate accommodation with a sea view and easy access to the city of Palermo.

Super for exploring palermo

Pros: Fab location for exploring palermo, apartment is clean well equipped and spacious. Plenty of on street parking nearby the pastries in bar italico are amazing.

Cons: It's on a bust street so can be a little noisy for sleeping.

Lovely

Pros: Very cute and comfy apartment, also very clean. The breakfast at bar italico was always lovely and the staff were all so nice. Vincenzo the host gave us great recommendations about the local area which was super useful, our experience here made our trip even better, i would highly recommend!

PERFECT!

Pros: We loved absolutely everything. The staff was very friendly and helped us with lots of recommendations. The breakfast was varied every morning we could go to the bar in front and order whatever we wanted. Upon arrival, the host welcomed us with fresh juice and cannoli. We felt just like home. We even found a hair dryer with a diffuser for curly hair, such a bonus!

Pros: Me and my family had a wonderful time at Casa Tulum. The host was very helpfull, apartment had everything that we needed (PS5 was a super bonus for our son) and breakfast at beautiful garden of Casa Giulia was very delicious.

Pros: Very clean and had everything we wanted, where to mention the sea view!! Great location, with the sea literally across the street and also within walking distance (less than half an hour) from Palermo’s historical centre. The Bar Italico being under our balcony we were having breakfast and lunch there every day. The food, the sweet pastry (OMG!), the ice-cream cakes were all delicious. The staff are so lovely and welcoming that we felt like we’ve known them forever. The same at Villa Giulia coffee house summer garden where enjoying a cocktail in the evening while listening to live music is a must.

Cons: What’s not to like? : )) Everything was great!
