Old Port Luxury Apartments

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palermo! The apartment was super clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the location - it is very close to the old town, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Additionally, if you are traveling with a rented car, we had no problem finding a parking spot nearby, which is a huge plus in Palermo. We also want to give a special thanks to our host, Giuliano. We encountered a temporary issue with a lack of running water, and he was incredibly helpful. He did everything in his power to assist us and resolve the situation quickly. His communication and support made a big difference.

Pros: Great location. Walk to ALL of central Palermo. Great views of the ocean, port and surrounding busy streets. Thankyou Guiliano and Alberto.

Cons: Bed was a bit firm. Everything else great.

Pros: Comfortable apartment, very clean and super quality. We really enjoy our stay.

Pros: I locked myself out and the owner was there quickly to let me back in. The closest supermarket, Conad, is 5 minutes walk away. Couple of good restaurants in the old port. The promenade is new and is a lovely walk at night.

Cons: The only downside is the kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee was off one socket albeit with an extension for 3 and was close to the sink.

A perfect place for enjoying Palermo alla grande :)

Pros: Newly refurbished, well equipped, spacious and clean. The owner, Giuliano, is very helpful and friendly.

Giuliano was very accommodating and a nice guy. If you needed anything he would try and accommodate.

Pros: The location was excellent . Fresh bread and pizza from a bakery right across the street. Also a Bristol beside the gas station for coffee, expresso, and pastries. The balcony overlooks the docks where the fishermen come and go.

Cons: The traffic was busy and crossing the street was a little intimidating at first but then we became pros after a few days.

Perfect apartment

Pros: The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and has a nice view to the sea. Located walking distance to the city center.

Pros: The property is very stylish and comfortable, a lot of room and all facilities excellent. The location is fantastic, lovely view from the apartment, 15-20 minute walk from the main train/bus station, 5 minutes from the historical centre, 1 minute to the sea and the seaside footpath all the way to the old port. Several nice restaurants very close by and a nice bakery opposite the main entrance gate.

Cons: I loved the property.

Good base to explore Palermo and have a car.

Pros: Big spacious apartment next to the old port and park, it's on the edge of the old city, 15 min walk to the city center. Rooms are big and clean. Good shower. Good view from the balcony over the sea. Good windows sound insulation. Basic and enough equipped kitchen, so it's good to cook small things and have a breakfast. There is small bakery across the street, big supermarket 15 min walk. You can easily park next to the building, which is big surprise for Palermo and good bonus. Overall we enjoyed our week at this place.

Cons: Very busy and noisy road next to the building, being on the balcony was uncomfortable for me. I understand that hosts can't change that.

Pros: L’appartement et l’immeuble sont neuf et les équipements au top !

Cons: Le matelas très dur ( il faut apprécier, nous ne sommes pas habitués) L’emplacement, restaurant de rue à côté et insalubrité devant l’immeuble
