La Terrazza Sullo Spasimo

Pros: Tastefully decorated, well equipped, clean, centrally localized, spacious, roof terrace. What else is there to want?

Perfect hideaway in the old town

Pros: Great, cozy place and location is excellent. We enjoyed the terrace very much.

Cons: Just a heads up for people with bad backs. The beds are quite hard and were not good for me. But that is very subjective. Also there is only the one bedroom with a door, so soundproofing (and privacy) both within the apartment and from without is basically nonexistent. You hear everything from the entire house and neighbourhood. But that's also the way things are almost everywhere in italy. I gave this place top scores and enjoyed our stay very much in spite of the above mentioned things!

Highly recommended, I’d definitely book it again

Pros: Loads of character and really great location in heart of Kalsa. Near lots of bars and restaurants. Perfect for our family of five.

Cons: The water pressure isn’t great

An interesting, arty, spacious apartment with good proximity to the harbour, railway station, restaurants and historic a

Pros: Spacious, well equipped, lift, roof top verandah, good pillows, friendly host, interesting decor

Pros: Incredibly responsive and helpful host, far more space than the photos let on, and bonus balconies! Plus a great location that's a bit out of the way with a neighborhood feel, yet close to everything. Sunrise coffees on the upper terrace were worth the entire trip. Great coffee stock provided by the host plus bonus breakfast treats. Would highly recommend to others and would absolutely stay again in the future.

Pleasant stay in a beautiful decorated house from a friendly host.

Pros: It is lovely to sit and eat on the terrace. The apartment is beautiful and well located; the station is close.

Cons: The houses in the area have been build a long time ago, so there is a smell of the gutter ( in the restaurant opposite to the apartment as well) especially in bathroom and 1 bedroom. No offense concerning the host. The apartment is on the 3d floor; the elevator was not working during our stay.

Pros: The location was perfect - it was not far from the centre, from some restaurants - there is not far really great Osteria Alivaru de Carlu - which was great. The apartment itself was really clean, cozy and well furnished and decorated. There were everything we need and the hosts were super friendly. I would totally recommend this place to everyone. Dear Patrizia, if you ever want to sell this place - PLEASE LET ME KNOW <3

Cons: Everything was really perfect

Central, clean and exceeds your expectations.

Pros: The flat was just superb. Its location is central and perfect to getting around, shops and restaurants. The host was really nice and gave a small tour around the flat. I don’t want to give away too much, but it was furnished and decorated with a lot of thought and love for antiques. The space was amazing and really enjoyed staying in it. The terrace is perfect to relax in. I would definitely come back to stay in this property.

Amazing place, highly recommended for stay in Palermo:)

Pros: The location of the apartment is great. It is situated in the historical city centre, really close to the port, shops and restaurants. Also, the apartment is very beautiful, stylish, clean, with a terrace and a lot of space inside. The owners were helpful and friendly:)

Bellissimo

Pros: Gianluca è stato gentilissimo. La struttura è bellissima, pulita, dotata di ogni comfort. Ha un terrazzo meraviglioso. Gli interni sono curatissimi ed ampi. Ci siamo innamorate di questo posto. Torneremo sicuramente.
