Beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of Palermo
Pros: Beautiful appartament, we all loved the design! Alessandro has thought of everything you may need to make your stay comfortable and easy. Lots of suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Plenty of instructions on how to make the best use of the appartament. We all had an amazing stay.

Excellent location.
Pros: Our host was very attentive, helpful, and checked in with us a number of times, giving us information, contacts, recommendations, and organising transfer from the airport. The flat itself was clean, spacious, and, best of all, great location. Within easy walking distance to all major historical sites, restaurants, train stations , parks, and a local shop . The only thing was that the flats were closely connected in terms of a water boiler system or air vent systems, which could be quite noisy. I would also suggest a few more cleaning products and extra bedding for colder nights. Otherwise, it is very comfortable, and I would definitely go back.

Pros: This accommodation was perfect for our group of three friends. The host was very helpful, caring and ensured that our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The location near the train station and the seaside was truly amazing, and the street is quiet and calm, one of the best spots in Palermo!

Pros: Located at walking distance from the bus terminal and train station, in an area with plenty of restaurants and close to the seaside. Owner was really helpful, check-in and check-out being very straight forward, and providing tips for a relaxing stay. The apartment is clean and is perfect for short stays for families.
Cons: Next to one of the mezzanine dorm, there is a small technical room, constant noise coming form that area (especially after bathroom is used). If you're a sensitive sleeper, do not chose that bed...

Apartment for medium group in Palermo
Pros: Very well located, 10 minutes from the central bus and train station. There are many restaurants nearby, the beach is very easy to walk to. Alessandro is one of the best hosts I have ever had. Very friendly and attentive giving tips on what to do or eat. The apartment is very clean and with all the amenities. Kitchen small but very well equipped. A little bit of everything, literally like being at home.

Good if you are not sensitive to excessive noise and light during the nighttime.
Pros: It is a reasonably clean and spacious apartment. It feels safe and is located in a central neighborhood.
Cons: One bedroom had extremely noisy (above 70Db) water boiler just near the bed. It would start working and wake you up randomly several times during the night. Another bedroom had a large window without a curtain that looked out into the building. There was bright light during the night, which would also cause sleeping discomfort. The owner could easily solve this issue by adding a blackout curtain. The sink in the bathroom had now stopper in the drain. It was not hygienic and things could be easily dropped into the drain. Finally, in the morning we discovered that the gas burners did not work automatically, but there was also no matches / lightener. And after a difficult night we could not have hot coffee and breakfast.
