Pros: 12/10 Points! We arrived from PMO by train and it was very easy to find the location by foot. It's a super calm, clean and central Appartement. From the balcony you have a nice view to a natural garden, where you can watch and hear some birds. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and they gave us alot of helpfull informations about Palermo/ Sightseeing. The most Interesting places are in walking distance and a big supermarket is 5 minutes away.

This property is in the top 3 we have ever stayed at!
Pros: My wife and I liked everything about this property. The position is brilliant - quiet yet centrally located, this property is about a 15 min walk from the central train and bus terminus. The apartment itself is very well equipped, comfortable and safe. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and aways ready to make our stay as easy as possible.

Excellent stay and helpful owners
Pros: The accommodation is super quiet and peaceful - as it looks out onto an inner courtyard, with greenery. For people who are sensitive to noise, this is a great place to stay in Palermo! The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage in the accommodation while the room was getting ready. The flat otherwise has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Palermo. We found it to be conveniently located, within walkable distance of the train/bus station, city center, and a supermarket very close by. We highly recommend!

Historic and modern
Pros: A great location in Kalso, the central historic area, with a great osteria at one end of the street, a cool jazz bar at the other and dozens of bars and restaurants around, but still peaceful. The street is a Sicilian picture postcard. The apartment is perfect and I've seen the other smaller one and that's lovely too. It's spotless, really nicely decorated, extremely well equipped, a modern kitchen, tea and coffee including an espresso machine, we couldn't want more. We'll be back. And the landlady left me marzipan fruits on my birthday! Perfetto!
Cons: Nothing. If we could we'd live there.

Pros: The property was well presented . There was everything that you needed for a very comfortable stay. The extra touches of coffee, tea and breakfast things were a bonus. It was nice to meet the owners and a personal touch with an opportunity to to ask things about Palermo and the local area. Quiet area but lots of good restaurants nearby.

Pros: The apartment is very nice and clean, it has a large nicely renovated bathroom. The location in Kalsa is close to everything, and I felt totally safe there, also everywhere else in the city. The kitchen is convenient for breakfast and light cooking, coffee pods supplied, plus crackers, there's a refrigerator in the room. There's a small balcony facing an overgrown lot, with trees and birds. Perfect location, close to the train station and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood.
Cons: The apartment is fairly dark, probably fine if it's really hot in summer, however the lights in the apartment are very bright, typical for Italy, but not the cosy atmosphere, they flood the room with cold light! The bed is very firm.

Pros: Great location plenty of gorgeous restaurants around, only a 10 minute walk to the historical centre, Parking available just 2 minutes walk from apartment. Quiet street with a lovely balcony. Host was so kind and helpful, Would highly recommend!

Extremely lovely
Pros: The apartment is very clean and has all equipment that you would need - even for a longer stay. The area has more locals than tourists which we found more convenient. Everything is in a walking distance- shops, restaurants, sight seeing and sea shore. Stefania and her husband were extremely friendly and responsive.
Cons: The only downside might be that the apartment is in a ZTL and you cannot move in front of the house. However, a free parking place is nearby.
