Pros: We had a wonderful holiday at the apartment Villa Trabia. The apartment is very beautiful, full of Italian elegance, and perfectly equipped — nothing is missing. The residence is secure and located in a lovely neighborhood. We truly felt at home. The apartment is right in the center of Palermo, with everything close by — shops, sights, and markets. There’s also a bus stop just two minutes away, with direct connections to the city center and Mondello Beach. The Wonderful Italy team managing the apartment was very responsive, kind, and efficient. It was a real pleasure to book and communicate with you! We visit Palermo every year, and we will definitely book your apartment again next time. It was a great expérience !

It was perfect for our week stay in Palermo, which is a gorgeous city.
Pros: Location was perfect: beside a lovely park and close to the historical district but far enough away to have some peace. The space was very clean, the beds and pillows excellent quality. Liked having a balcony.

Un bon rapport qualité-prix au vu de l'emplacement et des proportions de l'appartement.
Pros: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, facile d'accès par les transports en commun et à mi-chemin entre le centre de Palerme et la plage de Mondello. L'immeuble et son vieil ascenseur ont leur charme. L'immeuble est sécurisé et le voisinage très calme, loin du tumulte du centre historique. L'appartement a de bonnes proportions, les lits sont confortables et les deux salles de bains ajoutent au confort. J'y reviendrai sans doute poser mes valises.
Cons: 3 points négatifs : le premier concerne le chauffe-eau qui est défectueux car il y a un sifflement qui revient régulièrement à tout moment de la journée, y compris au lever du jour et tard le soir. Lors de la remise des clés, la personne m'a dit qu'il n'y avait aucune possibilité de résoudre ce problème, une réponse qui m'a déçu. Visiblement une réparation est nécessaire. Le second point concerne le bruit qu'émet un second chauffe-eau lorsqu'on active la douche ou la chasse-d'eau des toilettes, ce bruit survient uniquement dans ce cas. Le troisième point négatif concerne l'absence d'une machine à café alors qu'elle était prévu dans l'annonce et les équipements.

Wonderful, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom with kitchen away from the crowds.
Pros: Perfect two bedroom, two bathroom layout for traveling friends. Away from the tourist crowds, but near the bus stop and central to all that we did in Palermo, Mondello, Monte Pellegrino, Monreale, and Cefalu. A stocked kitchen to allow daily fresh brewed coffee and a few meals in. Balcony & table off one bedroom for outdoor wine and cheese. Charming but tiny, old world elevator — for no more than two with bags. We more often took the five flights of spiraling marble stairs.

Toimiva asunto hyvällä alueella.
Pros: Sijainti Libertá kadun läheisyydessä on hyvä. Alue on rauhallinen, ei mainittavaa liikenteen melua. Asunto on 30-luvun talon 5. kerroksessa. Rauhallinen talo. Pieni parveke on hyvä, aamu-aurinko paistaa helmikuussa. Asunnon lämpötila on riittävä ilmalämpöpumppujen (3) ansiosta. Avaimet saatiin henkilökohtaisesti vaikka saavuimme myöhään. Molemmisssa makuuhuoneissa on oma kylpyhuone. Laatta lattia koko asunnossa.
Cons: Saimme vain yhdet avaimet, mutta siitä ei tullut merkittävää ongelmaa.

Wygodne mieszkanie w pięknej kamienicy i w dobrej lokalizacji.
Pros: Lokalizacja prawie w sercu miasta. Bardzo blisko do przystanku komunikacji miejskiej.
Cons: Brakowało zmywarki.
