Perfect place for a short stay in Palermo

Pros: The accommodation is close to the city centre, and communication with the host was excellent. The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed spending time there after New Year’s Eve, as it was relaxing and very quiet thanks to the double glazing. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Great loft in central palermo

Pros: In a beautiful loft in center of Palermo, we were greeted by a very friendly host Carlo. The appartment had everything perfect, including great air-con and amenities. From the location, the center of palermo is a 5 minutes walk.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location, wonderful hosts

Pros: This apartment is truly wonderful: spacious, bright, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The location is excellent – the neighborhood is quiet, parking was easy even in the middle of August, there’s a small grocery store on the street, and the historic center is just a short walk away. Inside, everything looks exactly like the photos, if not better. The comfort is amazing: being able to choose your sofa to relax and watch TV felt like such a treat, and the air conditioning made our stay even more enjoyable. But what truly made this experience special was the kindness of Carlos and his partner. They are such wonderful hosts : warm, attentive, and always available, and their recommendations were spot on, helping us make the most of our trip. We’re leaving with great memories and a lot of gratitude. Thank you so much!

Pros: The apartment is incredibly cosy, we loved the studio-like feel. There's three couches to choose from in the living room, placed in a way which give the space a welcoming feeling. The design was overall really well thought out and special. We loved the well functioning air conditioning, that really contributed to our well-being! :) Also, the big smart TV made watching pertinent Italian movies after those long walking days a bliss. Carlo was amazingly helpful, we loved his recommendations (food, sightseeing, even next locations). Everything was uncomplicated and went smoothly. He was there for the key pick-up and gave us a tour of the apartment and stayed for as long as we had (apartment-related and Sicily-related) questions during and even after our stay. Grazie, Carlo!

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Even a HDMI cable for the TV was there which was nice.

Cons: Only small remarks: The walls are quite thin so you can hear the neighbors when in bed and it would be nice to have a bench to sit down and maybe some hooks for your jackets in the entry way.

Tolle Wohnung, nette und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Zu empfehlen!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Prima!

Cons: Für die Küche hätten wir uns etwas mehr Komfort gewünscht, z. B. einen Wasserkocher oder Toaster. Die Nachbarn (oder die Kinder) über der Wohnung waren zum Teil sehr lebendig :)

Piacevole soggiorno con qualche pecca

Pros: La posizione piuttosto centrale permette di visitare il centro di Palermo a piedi. L'appartamento è grande e ben arredato.

Cons: Il bagno piccolo, senza bidet, senza doccetta al water e senza doccetta nella doccia, solo doccia a pioggia. Il letto e il bagno sono contornati da gradini insidiosi, ATTENZIONE! Gli inquilini al piano superiore sembrano ballerini di flamenco per fortuna vanno a letto presto, ma si alzano anche presto.

Excelente

Pros: El apartamento es precioso, la realidad supera a las fotos, es muy espacioso, muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda, tiene todas las comodidades. Se llega andando a todos los sitios de interes. El último día alquilamos un coche para continuar la ruta y aparcamos en zona blanca en la misma calle. Carlo es súper amable, nos dio información sobre Palermo y alrededores, el café que tiene en casa es buenísimo.

Cons: Nada que decir

Pros: Schönes Appartment, geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, Kaffee vor Ort, Hilfsbereitschaft und Auskunft des Gastgebers, die Möglichkeit nach Checkout das Gepäck zu deponieren
