Luxury living In the city but away from the crowds

Pros: The location is perfect. Walking distance to the city but away from touristy areas so very silent. The design of the apartment is very modern and everything is top notch. Last but not least Irene is super helpful anticipating all the questions… definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Palermo!!

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Fully equipped to allow a home from home experience. Our host, Irene, was welcoming and available for any query.The area where it's located is probably the nicest area close to the centre of Palermo. Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby, with a real italian feel, and not the touristy vibe you increasingly get at the old town.You can walk to the old town, and most places in the center of Palermo from the apartment if you enjoy a longer walk, or you can use the buses which you get from via della Libertá or from piazza Croci only a short walk away. There is a great supermarket( Famila) very close, on Libertá, with really long opening times. All in all a great place to stay if you want to experience living in Palermo like a local.

Pros: The host (Irene) was very responsive on WhatsApp and very helpful in anticipating the needs of travellers.

Cons: The floor could be cleaner and perhaps the doors could have insect screens. A cockroach wandered into my room during the second day of the stay.

A Perfect Stay in Palermo!

Pros: We had an wonderful stay here. Everything was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfy. One of the highlights of our experience was our host, Irene - truly the best! She was warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location could not be better: just a short walk to the city center. And if you are planning to rent a car, this apartment has great on-street parking nearby - it was super convenient and stress-free. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Palermo.

Palazzo Storico vicino al Centro

Pros: Per chi arriva in macchina a Palermo è il top in quanto si trova vicino al centro e tutt’atorno alla struttura si trovano parcheggi.

Cons: I riscaldamento non erano regolari, spesso sentivamo freddo. È un bel palazzo storico con dei soffitti molto alti quindi ci vuole più tempo per riscaldare……e poi si sa che in Sicilia anche se fuori ci sono 20 gradi l’umidità all’interno è difficile da togliere.

Pros: Appartamento elegante e ampio. Moderno, funzionale. Sebbene sia un piano rialzato, molto silenzioso la notte.

Cons: Forse la modernità dell'arredamento lo rende un po' anonimo. Si potrebbe cercare di personalizzare con qualche tocco.

Pros: Czysto, wygodne łóżko, blisko wszędzie: sklepy, restauracje, autobus. Piękna kamienica. Apartament funkcjonalny a jednocześnie gustownie urządzony. Sporo przestrzeni. Spokojna dzielnica.

Pros: Die beste Unterkunft unserer Reise! Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war auch super. Es gibt in der Nähe viele gute Restaurants und einen 24h Supermarkt. Die Bushaltestelle liegt nicht weit entfernt, sodass man schnell zum Bahnhof, Flughafen oder nach Mondello kommt.

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement bien équipé.

Pros: Appartement spacieux, très propre conforme aux photos, belle entrée, lumineux et dans un quartier très sympathique.

Cons: odeurs d’égouts à certaines heures dans la salle de bain. Un peu loin du centre historique.
