Pros: This apartment is just like the photos, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great, the neighborhood is clean and a few steps from restaurants and important sights. The apartment has two TVs and two air conditioners. The entrance to the building, the elevator and the lobby of the apartment are very neat. The host is very kind and welcomed us and explained to us which sights and locations to visit. Since we stayed for 6 days, the host sent a cleaner to clean the apartment during our stay.

Cons: The kitchen could be better equipped (for a comfortable stay I suggest adding large knives, a microwave, a cutting board, a clean sponge and a cloth for wiping). Although I understand there is a problem with pipes in some parts of Sicily, it would be advisable to mention in advance that it is not allowed to throw toilet paper down the toilet as it may be a culture shock for some (for that reason we preferred to use the toilets outside the apartment). I also suggest updating the current price of tourist taxes in the ad.

Pros: Great location in the commercial area away from the tourist crowds but only 5 mins walk to get to the historic areas. Bright and clean apartment, well equipped and presented. Met their representative for key handover and for a walk-through of the facilities, easy and quick. Pleased to discover that there is a small dining table and 2 chairs in the kitchen (not shown in the uploaded photos). Bigger apartment than expected.

Pros: The app is located in the centar. Everything is very near. Great restaurants and coffee shops right at the entrance of the building.

Good experience

Pros: Closeness to the tourist attractions and city historical centre . The bar offering breakfast was cosy and nice.

Cons: It does not offer the late check out ( the check out time is at 10:00 in the morning , a bit inconvenient for whom has the flight in the evening) The breakfast fast was simple ( caffe and brioche ) in a bar near the building

Very enjoyable and comfortable

Pros: Appartment is very comfortablr and clean. Two A/C so it cools down quite quickly. It is equipped with everything you really need. Bed was very comfortable. Modern and stylish equipment. It is located in one of the most beautiful streets in Palermo. Caffes and restaurants outside. It’s a walking distance to everything in the centro storico but away from all the noise. It’s really quiet so nothing bothers your sleep. The building itself is antique and very beautifully equipped and maintained. Our host Federico was really nice and friendly. Definitely would recommend to everyone. We even received coffee, honey, jam and toast and two water bottles as a welcome gift.

Cons: Only thing i could remember is that all the windows in our apartment were facing either inner narrow atrium or a very close neighbouring building so almost all the windows have milky shade and no street view. Otherwise everything perfect.

Lovely stay in centre of Palermo

Pros: The property was clean, modern, but most importantly the location was amazing. It was definitely a great value for price

Pros: El personal muy amable, tuvimos un pequeño problema y lo solucionaron enseguida, uno de los aires acondicionado estaba averiado (se tomaron nota para repararlo) pero con el otro se conseguía mantener confortable el alojamiento. Buenas ubicación con varios restaurantes y cafeterías a pie de calle, en calle peatonal. Recomendable.

Super Lage, großes Apartment, Sauberkeit ok, Balkon zum Rauchen

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt in der Fußgängerzone, was bedeutet, dass man keinen Lärm durch Verkehr hat & gleichzeitig Restaurants und Cafés direkt vor der Tür. Definitiv ein dicker Pluspunkt. Ich hatte ein Apartment mit eigener Küche, kleinem Wohnbereich, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Sehr groß, funktional eingerichtet, hell.

Cons: Ich hatte eine Unterkunft mit Balkon gebucht und bezahlt. Der Balkon lädt aber leider gar nicht zum verweilen ein. Er ist im Innenhof, damit kommt dort keine Sonne hin, die Aussicht ist damit auch nicht schön und er ist sehr klein. Dadurch, dass bei meiner Ankunft eine gefüllt Flasche mit gerauchten Zigaretten auf dem Balkon stand gehe ich davon aus, dass der „Balkon“ wenn dann nur zum Rauchen benutzt wird. Schade. Sitzgelegenheiten muss man aus der Küche holen, wenn man draußen sitzen möchte, denn es gibt keine Balkonmöbel. Die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet, leider klebten an jedem Geschirr irgendwelche Essensreste und ich musste erstmal abspülen. Ein Geschirrtuch gab es leider auch nicht. Ich möchte den Dreck der Vormieter nicht auf dem Geschirr vorfinden und erstmal abspülen müssen. Schade.

Pros: A acomodação era super confortável, prédio com elevador, banheiro amplo e moderno, silenciosa.

Pros: Super emplacement, le logement est bien sécurisé (gardien, camera etc), spacieux et bien équipé !
