Pros: Great location, clean and spacious apartment, easy key collection and very good contact with the owner. Will come again if we are around Palermo!
Cons: The only thing we could be picky about is the fact that the walls between the neighboring apartments are rather thin, so you could hear people talking. Luckily, in our case the neighbors were quiet during the night :)

A pleasure in Palermo at the beautiful Belmonte.
Pros: I loved my accommodation in Palermo. I received excellent communication about entering the apartment. I was extremely happy with the size, features and quality of the apartment. It is in a fabulous, central position in a pedestrianised street of nice restaurants.
Cons: No criticism because everything had been well considered.

A week jn Belmonte apartment
Pros: Apartment was in a great , pedestrianised location in the bustling city of Palermo. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. It's a short walk to the fabulous Teatro Massiimo. The apartment was very quiet with a super comfortable bed. Communication with the owners was great and they were very accommodating.
Cons: It's a small thing but a toaster or grill in the apartment would have been helpful.

Pros: The location is ideal , clean, confortable , Host replies very fast !
Cons: For a 1 week stay may be change the towels and the bad sheets at least 1 time. But if we ask for it it’s done.

Pros: Very helpful staff, he helped us with everything we needed, the location is mostly quiet at night, even though it is located in a very central area. The locaton is the best, from the address you either make a right to reach 806 bus stop for Mondello or you make a left to visit the historical and beautiful Palermo. Safe building, safe street. Would recommend to anyone interested!
Cons: More salt wouldn’t hurt anybody. We’ve had pepper and olive oil in decent quantities

Pros: The apartment is big enough,clean,situated on the 4th floor in a well kept building with lifts.Top location in the city centre just minute away from Politheama,via Liberta and via Maqueda. Two TV,two air conditions,coffee machine with capsules,stovetop,fridge.There's everything that you could need for your stay in wonderful Palermo. The host Antonino is very kind,the communication was very good.His father was waiting for us with the keys in front of the building despite the delay of our flight. We really appreciate that.It was a fantastic stay in Belmonte apartments and we recommend it 100%!👍🏻⭐🙂
Cons: The mattress. It desperately needs change. The apartment wasn't overlooking the pedestrian street but I knew it and it wasn't a fault of the owner.

Pros: The apartment is new and perfectly clean. Has all the amenities a guest needs. Even the sofa bed was super comfy which was my biggest worry. The location is also amazing. Management was very nice and helpful.

Pros: Appartment was very clean and very well located - close to lots of good shops and restaurants but still quiet. Facilities were excellent and a coffee machine with free pods was a nice touch.

Fantastic location safe easy access to public transport
Pros: Basic but clean accommodation, everything worked well great shower airconditioning,especially loved location 4 mins walk from airport bus stop politaema,4 mins walk from bus to san vito capo, and mondello, also 2 mins from bus 101 and 102 cost 1.40 euroswhich gets you to central station in about 15-17 mins to train anywhere cefalu as example,in exceptional safe neighood,good security 4thfloor,shopping street 2 minutes walk supermarket 5 minutes , very quiet which is rare in palermo

Fantastic and Central
Pros: The location was amazing, right in the centre of Palermo. The apartment was lovely and modern with everything needed including some powerful AC. Check in was smooth and they accommodated our late night check in.
Cons: The only issue we had was that we were only given 3 rolls of toilet paper and 2 large towels to last the full 7 days we spent there. It would have been nice to have the apartment serviced at least once over the week so towels could be replaced but overall great stay and would stay again !
