Palermo Al Capo

Pros: I visited Italy for the first time and this apartment in Palermo delighted me. The owner of the apartment is a very nice person. I had a problem with the internet and he solved it immediately.And I recommend apartman to everyone.

Lovely studio in the Historical Center

Pros: A lovely studio flat in the heart of the historic Il Capo neighbourhood. Just around the corner from the bustling market. I could not imagine a nicer place to stay in Palermo. Everything is within walking distance and the flat has everything you might need for a longer stay. The wifi was great, comfy bed with good pillows and a decent bathroom. I did not do any cooking during my stay because I prefer to eat out, but you easily could. There was a coffee machine, water cooker and even a juicer! The flat offers a very comfortable place close to the Duomo and the Via Maqueda with excellent food places, bars en restaurants. I would love to go back.

Cons: I did not mind it because I am partially deaf and I always bring earplugs, but the street and local area can get a bit noisy. You can hear the neighbors going about their day, those mopeds going through the street and some of the locals like their music loud. There was also some construction work going on. But after 22:00 things quickly quieted down and it was fine. Also, keep in mind the flat is on the second floor. If you have trouble walking stairs, this is probably not a good place for you because there is no lift.

Amazing city, wonderful apartment.

Pros: I think this is the most wonderful apartment I have ever spent the nights in while traveling. We liked everything about it, and resting there is pure pleasure. The owner is extremely nice and helpful with any need. If I'm ever in the area, this will definitely be my first place to look for a place to stay.

Pros: Sehr hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Hübscher, kleiner Balkon, wo man, wie in Italien üblich, gewaschen Wäsche oder nasse Handtücher trocknen lassen kann.. Insgesamt stimmiges Apartment., wo man sich wohlfühlt 🫶

Cons: Freundliche, sehr laut diskutierende Nachbarn, die ihren Tagesablauf gerne mit lauter Musik unterstreichen. Selbst für manch sizilianische Ohren zu laut 🤭 WLAN oft eingeschränkt.

Hűvös víz a forró Szicíliában

Pros: A lokáció, a környék hangulata, a lakás kialakítása. Napközben kicsit hangosabb, de a szomszédok kedvesek. Éjszaka csend van.

Cons: Egyetlen hibát tudok említeni, azt hogy a lakás melegvízellátását egyetlen 20 literes bojler látja el, ami egyértelműen kevés. Gyors mosogatás, majd fél óra szünet, míg felmelegszik. Aztán jöhet a gyors tusolás egy embernek. Fél óra szünet. Újra tusolás a másik félnek. Ha hosszú hajú, akkor esélytelen a hajmosás egy adag melegvízzel. Nyári forróságban nem akkora probléma, de hűvösebb tavaszi napokon az. Nagyobb bojlerrel 10 pont lenne a szállás. 😀

Ich komme bestimmt wieder

Pros: Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, perfekte Lage, sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Cons: Tagsüber aus dem Haus gegenüber sehr laute Musik. Stört nicht, wenn das Wetter gut ist und man unterwegs ist,aber eine kleine Mittagsruhe war unmöglich. Nachts war es allerdings sehr ruhig.

Pros: Alles (und noch weitaus mehr) da, als man braucht. Das Mobiliar ist einfach und schlicht, aber mehr braucht es auch nicht. Es war tadellos sauber.

Cons: Wenn man früh zur Ruhe kommen möchte und ausschlafen möchte aber sehr geräuschanfällig ist, dem könnte es hier hin und wieder zu laut sein. Die Straßen sind sehr eng und die Nachbarn können sehr temperamentvoll sein in ihrer Kommunikation

Pros: Dobře vybavený byt na skvělém místě, všude kousek 😎

Cons: Opravdu velký hluk z ulice...

Sehr schön und sehr anstrengend.

Pros: Lage sehr gut, gleich beim Markt des Viertels und mitten im Leben der Palermitaner. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Kaffeepads und Zucker fürs Frühstück vorhanden. Sehr gut mit allem eingerichtet, auch wenn ich die Sachen nicht gebraucht habe.

Cons: Was ich noch gern gehabt hätte: im Badezimmer einen 2. Haken und ein Matte für den ersten Schritt aus der Dusche, eine Gebrauchsanweisung für die Kaffeemaschine (youtube-Video war nur begrenzt brauchbar, da mit blassem Text auf Italienisch) und die Gasflasche zum Kochen, eine 2. Rolle Klopapier. Wichtig zu wissen: Taxi kann nicht vors Haus vorfahren, die Stiege in den 2. Stock ist eng und steil. Und für viele wohl gewöhnungsbedürftig: Das Bidet ist wichtig, denn in die Klomuschel darf kein Klopapier geworfen werden.
