Perfect host
Pros: Perfect hospitality and communication with the host. The apartment is well equipped and located in the historic centre, everything is accessible by foot.
Cons: Parking on the street is problematic, use Orlando parking (a few minutes by foot).

Pros: More than recommended apartment and more that pleasant experience! First of all millions of thanks to Ciccio, the owner. He met us personally and explained everything. Assured us that if we need anything he will be always in touch. Gave us advices about nearby locations. The apparentment itself is very cozy, nice, clean. You can reach all you need within 15 minutes of walk. You have all you need in the apartment. You can cook if you want, you have fridge, microwave, stove, set of dishes, TV if you need and wi-fi was good. All the info is relevant and true. I'd say were really surprised how tidy was the apartment. Warm blankets and white and clean linen! So, yes,yes and yes, we would return here with pleasure and sincerely recommend this place and Ciccio! Small recommendation from our side to tourists: pay attention not only to the old city, but move to other sides of Palermo. You'll enjoy it).

The best stay at ciccio's apartment
Pros: Ciccio was an excellent host — very attentive to every detail and eager to help us in any way he could. The apartment was cozy, very clean, and had everything you could need — including all the essentials for cooking and even some breakfast items like coffee, tea, and cookies. It even had a washing machine! He also gifted us a tasty bottle of wine. As for the location, the apartment is close to the historic center and all the main attractions — we walked everywhere. Thanks, Ciccio, for such a lovely stay. We’ll definitely come back!

Pros: Ciccio to życzliwy i pomocny gospodarz. Mieliśmy wrażenie, jakbyśmy przyjechali do dobrego znajomego – tak serdeczne było jego podejście do gości. Zawsze był w kontakcie i umożliwił nam wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Świetna lokalizacja w samym Starym Mieście. Pobyt bardzo nam się podobał i z całego serca polecam.

Pros: Abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza calorosa da parte di Ciccio, l'alloggio si presenta come nelle foto; era pulito, confortevole, luminoso, con ascensore, molto silenzioso, abbiamo dormito veramente bene. C'è il condizionatore. Prodotti da bagno in omaggio. La posizione vicino al mercato del Capo è ottima per raggiungere a piedi le zone del centro storico di Palermo. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato un'ottima bottiglia di vino e una d'acqua in frigo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
Cons: La doccia è un po' piccola, però ne eravamo al corrente.

Pros: In primul rand mi-a placut amabilitatea lui Ciccio si a prietenei sale, Si-au alocat din timpul lor pt a merge cu noi sa recuperam masina pe care o abandonasem undeva pe o strada ( nu mai aveam semnal pe googlemaps) si sa ne conduca catre o parcare autorizata si inapoi spre casa. Apartamentul arata exact ca in descriere. Este curat, are toate utilitatile in bucatarie, un mic balcon dar suficient daca vrei sa fumezi si este aproape de principalele obiective ale orasului ( aprox. 12 min pana la teatrul Massimo).
Cons: Daca ar fi sa gasesc un minus acesta ar fi cabina de dus. Este prea mica. Noroc ca noi nu suntem supraponderali si ne-am descurcat.

Geweldig appartement op een zeerr goede locatie!
Pros: Een fantastisch appartement op een geweldige locatie. Het appartement is voorzien van alle benodigde voorzieningen en is een prachtige uitvalbasis om Palermo te ontdekken. Geweldig om tussen de lokale bevolking te zitten.en overal heen te kunnen lopen waar je maar heen wilt lopen! Ciccio is een topkerel en fijn om contact mee te hebben!
Cons: Niets.

Pros: Апартаменты отлично расположены,в центре города,всюду можно дойти пешком.В номере есть всё необходимое для отдыха,включая пляжные зонты.На кухне есть необходимая посуда,соль,масло,кофе,снеки.При заселении Чиччо подарил бутылку хорршего вина и дал советы,где вкусно и недорого поесть.Так же он был так любезен,что привёз забытую при выселении куртку в другой город!Спасибо огромное!
