A good base for sightseeing at a good price

Pros: The location of the apartment is one of its greatest advantages - very close to the historical centre as well as to a convenient private parking in case you travel by car (Orlando parking). The proximity to Mercator del capo should be specifically noted for a real Palermo experience. However, what we liked most is our host Massy as he is the most supportive, kind and friendly host we have met so far in Italy. He was always on line and ready to help with an advice for our trip even before our arrival at Palermo. We really appreciated his hospitality. Thank you so much, Massy!

Cons: The apartment needs to be better cleaned, there was dust over the furniture and oily spots on the kitchen cupboards. It really needs a little touch to have a more pleasant appearance. The specific smell of the apartment and building itself, the noisy environment and the garbage in the surroundings seems to be typical for the neighborhood but from our perspective it was too “authentic” and this spoiled our experience. Overall, we didn’t feel comfortable.

Pros: Really nice apartment. Right next to the fish market. Everything is accessible by walk. Very close to the centre (up to 10 minutes by walk). Very nice host. He gave us all necessary information about sightseeing, transport and restaurants. We had a problem with air-conditioning and he came in 30 minutes and solved it.

Studio in lively neighbourhood

Pros: I recommend this apartment, primarily because of the host. He is very caring and responds immediately to any requests. He offers tips on sightseeing and shopping. In terms of the host–guest relationship, this is the highest standard.

Cons: Neighbours - sometimes... Very noisy even for Sicilian standards. Luckily not all the time

Pros: Un appartement entier très agréable Proche de tout et vraiment central Machine à laver Cafetière Proximité de marche Propriétaire impeccable et très gentil

Cons: Le voisinage terriblement brouillant Le lit inconfortable et les coussins à changer

Pros: Appartamento carinissimo e con tutti i comfort. Situato in zona centralissima. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo fin da subito e disponibile per ogni evenienza.

Great stay in Palermo

Pros: Very good location close to the main attractions. Apartment was clean , the check in process was very smooth and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Cons: The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors but at night was always silence.

Tulajdonos kivételes vendégszeretettel, Massy a tulajdonos férfi nagyon kedves, nagyon segítőkész volt, látogatási és étkezési helyeket ajánlott. Tiszta szoba, kiváló elhelyezkedés a városban. Az elhelyezkedés nagyon tetszett, a Capo piac nyüzsgése magával ragadott minket. Minden nap zene, tánc, finom ételek.” közel mindenhez. Szuper jó volt minden.
