House Il Conte

Fantastic apartment in the vicinity of Palermo.

Pros: The owner is very friendly and helpful. The free parking near Palermo is definitely a big positive, we walked from the appartment to the city (about 30 min by foot, but there's also public transportation) and did not have to worry about our rental car. The appartment is big and very nicely decorated/organized, also very modern, very well renovated. Would definitely book this again for visiting Palermo. Big recommendation!!!

Cons: Nothing.

Great location for exploring Palermo

Pros: private parking, 100 meters to a public transport stop, 15 minutes and you are in the center, the apartment fully corresponds to the description, nearby cafes, supermarkets and a fish store

Perfect !

Pros: Very warm welcoming and the place was just perfect in a lively area in Palermo. Save motorbike parking behind a locked gate.

Heartful accommodation, would recommend to anyone staying in Palermo

Pros: !! Host (Giusy) was very, very kind and helpful. She arranged things so we can leave our luggage after we checked out. I can feel her hospitality even I speak no Italian. - There are a lot of warm touching details in the accommodation, e.g. an abundance of cookware in the kitchen; light breakfast is available; there are additional towels for us to use. - The accommodation is cutely decorated. For example the pot holders are plastic bottles inverted and painted with eyebrows. !! Spacious private parking space. - Large supermarket is within walking distance. - Monreale is easily accessible. Do visit the Cathedral there as it is such a beautiful place.

Cons: - Accommodation is on the second floor and have to be accessed through stairs. This was however known upfront by us when we place the booking. - The traffic on SS186 is pretty busy at all times so getting to and out of the accommodation is challenging. This is just a consideration as all of Palermo is just as busy.

Consigliatissima.

Cons: Ottima così!

Overall great.

Pros: Clean, spacious, well supplied and had laundry and AC. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. Off street safe parking is critical in this part of Sicily and was greatly appreciated.

Soluzione ottimale per chi viaggia in auto

Pros: L' appartamento è molto comodo, accogliente e ben fornito.

Soggiorno fantastico

Pros: struttura pulitissima, appartamento molto ampio e ben servito

Pros: Bel appartement, spacieux, loggia très sympa. Climatisation au rdc et étage. Parking privé sécurisé top. Très bien accueilli par la propriétaire.
