Hidden gem of an apartment which makes you feel like a local Sicilian!

Pros: The apartment was clean and cosy, the host was very helpful and there is space in the area to park your car if you book an rental car.

Great stay, highly recommended

Pros: Spacious, clean and really comfortable apartment. Really nice host. Easily accessible by car and it’s not difficult to find parking spot nearby. Walking distance to the city center but it takes around 20 minutes. We had really great stay.

Pros: The apartment was very well furnished with everything: kitchen utensils, pots and pans in abundance. Nothing was missing. Location was central, easy access to centre, yet quiet, near groceries, farmers market and a minute away from the highway.

Cons: Use of unscented soaps for linens, due to our sensitivity to scents

Perfect apartment for spending a wonderful holiday.

Pros: The place is very spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful, kind and hospitable. The neighbourhood is quiet and very safe.

Cons: Everything there was perfect for us.

Excellent stay at Rosa spartment

Pros: Large and modern apartment, clean, comfortable, all facilities needed for your perfect tour in Palermo. It is not in the city centre but is so easy to get there in les then 30 minutes walking, or by bus , taxi, etc. The apartment is situated in a new, quiet and clean building, security provided at main entrance… free parking in the area is just another big plus. You can enjoy on every Thursday a nice street market. You have around everything you need from supermarkets to pharmacy and gas stations.

Cons: Nothing to add

Great place

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and very clean. It is wonderfully decorated and supplied with all utensils you need for the kitchen. It has elevator access and very quiet location. A very comfortable bed. Located close to public transport 3 blocks a away. Restaurants, Lidl and other food stories close by. It was a very memorable stay. Alfonso was very helpful during our stay. Thank you.

Pros: The location of the apartment was great. walking distance to Palermo town city and all site seeing. Me and my husband hire a car for our stay but we did not need it to move about town or Palermo. we only use the car to visit other city in Sicily. The view of the apartment is nice, you get to see the mountains of the island which is very nice. The location is calm at night and come to live in the morning with mini street market on Thursdays. Me and my husband would absolutly come back as the stay was lovely and feel like home.

It was an amazing stay, would love to come back!

Pros: Place was nice and roomy. The kitchen and bathroom appliances were really nice to use and easy to clean! The Doorman was wonderful and assisted when i dropped my hoodie to the lower floors! The owner is kind and answered any questions promptly!

Per me ottimo, ineccepibile.
