An oasis of peace within the city of Palermo

Pros: Everything was perfect, the owners were super friendly and the flat was great. The location was top as you are on the main road that connects you to the highway whatever direction you want to go (e.g. Catania or Trapani) without being stuck in the city center traffic. The flat is part of a residence inside a park which makes it absolutely silent and relaxing. Definitely recommended.

Cons: The shower cabin was quite hard to enter unless you're really skinny and not really tall. It's not that it was not big enough but the doors open partially which reduces the chances to be able to get in. Changing the shower cabin doors would make a huge impact on the overall guest experience

A nice apartment, inexpensive

Pros: The place was very clean and we had everything we needed. The sun shades everywhere made the morning hours pleasant. The owners tried their best to make us feel welcome, though the communication upon our arrival was not easy since we don't speak Italian. We could park the car under trees within the private living area. Covered parking garage in Palermo's center is recommended, though NOT secure. It's still better than street parking due to theft danger. Relatively cheap rent and very cheap food in Sicily anywhere you go.

Cons: The area was quite horrible. Too far from the city, nowhere to walk around and almost impossible to eat. The apartment had some flaws. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was barely functioning. The beverages would never get chilled. Most uncomfortable was the miniscule bath cabin, where even a small person had trouble bending (I am 170cm), and there was no shelf to put cosmetics, but on the floor in the water. We had to buy our own garbage bags. The highly recommended Parc with the Villa next door was, in fact, a private facility that didn't offer ANY of the promised activities - neither from our host nor the praised Villa's webpage. It was permanently closed, the restaurant included, and there were very few options to eat in the neighborhood. We were't told that in the siesta hours, you couldn't get served food but ordered or McDonald's. Above all this, it is unadvisable to be without a car. Public transport is problematic, and the only bus lines that worked for us operate until around 9 pm. Afterward, there should be a night bus every hour, but we never even tried it. The beach nearby...If you want to bathe in peace without a crowd and a red flag on 2cm waves, you should drive at least 45 km up west and search for wild beaches. Always carry enough water and food. And beware that your navigation doesn't know how to tackle the impossible route system either. There are NO RULES on the street but one - to survive. And beware of scooters and motorbikes at ALL TIMES.

Pros: Casa immersa nel verde, l'appartamento è luminoso pulito ed accogliente, arredato con gusto e completo di tutto. Punto strategico, servito di tutto, negozi e mezzi pubblici . Vista stupenda sul Parco e ambiente silenzioso. I proprietari poi... gentilissimi, disponibili e premurosi in tutto. Consiglio vivamente... un posto dove ritornare ben volentieri.

Pros: Appartement situé dans une résidence calme avec beaucoup de verdure et un très grand parc juste à côté. L'appartement dispose d'un grand balcon. Nous avons apprécié l'appartement qui était propre et bien doté. Anna et Oscar qui nous ont très bien accueillis. Arrêt de bus juste devant la résidence, tramway pas loin et accès au centre historique de Palerme à pieds. Un séjour parfait!

Pros: Appartamento luminoso, comodo e pulito, con arredamento nuovo. Il terrazzo che da sul giardino, è meraviglioso per fare colazione o relax, perché l'appartamento è all'interno di un residence tranquillo e ben posizionato, in auto a pochi minuti dalla Cattedrale, Monreale e sulla strada che porta sia dal lato Cefalù che dal lato San Vito, senza dover percorrere il caos cittadino. Anche se ideale per chi viaggia in auto, anche a piedi ci si può spostare, a 300mt c'è fermata per Cattedrale/centro città o Monreale, tram per andare in stazione per metro per aeroporto. Anna è gentilissima, Oscar insuperabile, sempre pronto per ogni consiglio ed altro. Consigliatissimo.

Pros: Cena odpovídá kvalitě, příjemný apartmánek, skvělý majitel.

Cons: Jsme nenároční, nemáme nic, co by se nám nelíbilo.

Pros: Posizione ottima, poco caotica nonostante sia in un punto di snodo fondamentale per girare a Palermo

Pros: Wszystko super i zgodnie z opisem. Duży balkon. W apartamencie bardzo czysto. Jest winda. Zamknięte osiedle. Parking bezpłatny na terenie osiedla. Do Lidla nawet na piechotę 5 minut.

Pros: La disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari, l ottima posizione, appartamento ben curato, con ampio parcheggio.
