It was a great stay!
Pros: I recommend it with all my heart! Very kind owner, selflessly helping in many matters. Clean, large apartment with a sea view. I'm very glad we chose this place.

Pros: Our host was amazing! The apartment was also very nice and clean and the localisation was not far away from the city centre (by tram)
Cons: Unfortunately, the area and the beach in front of the house were full of trash lying on the street.

Wonderful
Pros: It was a beautiful clean apartment in a good position with a great view of the water and life in Palermo. There were plenty shops around and a great tram service into the centre of Palermo.
Cons: We like to cook in so the apartment could do with more utensils if you want to cook. There was no cheese grater or knives but Jose's son gave us a knife from the Gelateria which is close by.

Pros: Wonderful clean and comfortable space which felt like a home away from home. I also loved the contrasting balance of the vibrant street setting and the view and the calm accessible water parallel to the street. Easy walk to eateries, grocery stores, seafood, vegetable and fruit shops. The ease of transportation too, is a 10 Grazie Piero, molto bene. )👍

Niezapomniany czas... miejsce oraz ludzie z Sycylii bardzo pomocni i życzliwi :)
Pros: Widoki z balkonu niezapomniane ! Zresztą miejsce lokalu bardzo dobrze usytuowane przemiły właściciel ! super kontakt bardzo pomocny, dla zainteresowanych dojazd z lotniska bardzo prosty nie wymagający taxi. Po wyjściu z lotniska należy wyjść w prawo i udać się do autobusu ,który zawiezie Cię do centrum Palermo następnie należy przejść jakieś 50 m do lini autobusowej nr 224 gdzie autobus dowiezie Cię pod sam lokal. Dobrze jest sobie zainstalować aplikację AMAT(bardzo łatwo kupować w niej bilety). Naprawdę polecam !!!
Cons: Może hałas dobiegający z ulicy przy której jest apartament ale ma to też sycylijski urok :) Lecz proszę się nie sugerować taką błahostką.

Pros: Właściciel bardzo pomocny w każdej sprawie. Z każdym problemem lub zapytaniem można się do niego zwrócić lub pracowników jego lodziarni, która znajduje się 100 metrów od kwatery. Pod kwaterą przystanek autobusowy , który kursuje do dworca głównego (linia 224), a do tramwaju 350 metrów ,który kursuje co około. 10min do dworca głównego. Przy przystanku tramwaju znajduje się market. Mieszkanie czyste, dobra klimatyzacja w sypialni. Podczas pobytu polecam kupno biletów kilkudniowych na komunikację miejską .

Vacaciones de verano en Palermo
Pros: La casa perfecta, fuimos a la de dos habitaciones con mi marido y mis dos hijos adolescentes, que descansaban con el aire acondicionado, la vista es inmejorable, la ubicación perfecta, llegamos a todas partes en bus o tranvía a pasos del alojamiento. Lo mejor sin dudas es Piero el anfitrión, llegamos tardísimo y cansados, estaba todo cerrado, nos llevó el mismo a comprar comida. Nos recomendó los mejores lugares para comprar barato y comer bien, a la vuelta hay una Braseria-Pizzería que es un lujo! Rico, barato y atención súper amable. La heladería de Piero está a 50 metros y no solo es deliciosa, sino que por las noches podíamos ir a tomar unas birras también! La amabilidad y la seguridad de tener un anfitrión tan atento y empatico ha sido un plus en nuestras vacaciones. Recomendamos y volveremos sin duda!
Cons: El wifi es un poco lento en algunas zonas de la casa, pero nada más , todo perfecto.
