Fantastic property and we highly recommend staying here

Pros: Casa Graziusa is not only beautifully furnished but is also comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. The owners went out of their way multiple times to help us feel settled and ensure we knew the best spots to eat and drink. This was one of the best properties we have stayed in and we truly could not fault it. We will be staying here again when we return to Palermo.

Great place to stay in Palermo :-)

Pros: Apartment was big enough for three people and was really clean. We had everything we needed and communication with host was perfect. Apartment is situated 30 minutes walk into city centre. I do recommend it to everyone :-)

Pros: Great aparment, colourfull, good selection of shampoo and other things. Nice balcony with even a bit of ocean view. Great kitchen with awesome view.

Lovely short stay trip close to the old town.

Pros: We selected this property based on previous positive reviews and that it’s location was nearby to family. We were not disappointed. The hosts were friendly & very helpful. If you have any problem they will sort it straight away. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and perfect for me & my 2 adult sons. We had our own space. The tram stop is a short walk away which gets you to Palermo centrale stazione & the historic part of town. The Conad supermarket has everything you need. There is a microwave & a gas hob so boil water for tea on there. A coffee pod machine is available. We would stay there again.

Cons: The property is fine. The local area could be a bit cleaner. It’s just so easy to get around from there.

Pros: The house is very spacious, full of natural light, well equipped, public transportation nearby and a lot of parking space outside if One have a car. The hosts are very friendly and always ready to Help with anything you need.

Cons: The apartment area is specially good if you have a car, otherwise it is a bit far away from the center of Palermo.

Pros: We had a great experience in Casa Graziusa. The apartment is clean in decorated in a traditional Sicilian style. The owners are very weloming and nice. They went out of their way to give us tips, recomend places to visit and have made our time in Palermo truly great.

excellent value for money, conveniently located for travelers with a car, very clean, comfortable and well serviced

Pros: location very convenient if you have a rental car : close to the city center, yet very easy to park nearby for free. that’s an important aspect as it can be very hard to park directly in the city center. there is a large public car park less than 100m from the apartment, but we even easily found parking spaces just opposite the apartment so we could see the car from the apartment windows. there are 2 gas stations nearby. besides there is a small grocery shop just nearby (less than 100m) that sells delicious local fruit and veg. we also saw a bakery a little further in the opposite direction. apartment very clean and well serviced: we had everything we needed (kitchenware, amenities for the shower etc), the beds are large and comfortable, most of the equipment is new as well as the mattresses. host was pleasant and helpful. all in all very convenient for a family of 4 traveling to Palermo with a rental car.

Cons: the area around the apartment is not charming in itself, but it’s not « dodgy » at all and as mentioned above it’s very convenient if you’re driving as it’s close to the city center without the struggles of having to find a parking space near the apartment. if it was in a more charming location it would definitely be more expensive for the same quality. we personally had no problem with that at all, but worth mentioning that it’s on the 2nd floor without a lift in case you are traveling with people with mobility restrictions.

Pros: Appartement très propre avec une très belle décoration sicilienne. Logement spacieux. Très bien situé a 10 min en voiture du centre ville et 30 min de marche. Petit commerce a proximité (2 min à pied). Tram a 10 min à pied.

Cons: L'eau de la douche pas très chaude mais pas dérangeant. Pas de fer à repasser
