King's house apartments

Charming place

Pros: Everything was excellent:) Short distance from the sea, elevator, parking place, very nice host.

Modern, clean & well fitted out.

Pros: Perfectly fitted out apartment to a very high standard. Aircon in each room, exceptionally comfortable beds & kitchen with all you will need - just no convection oven. Pod coffee machine, fridge freezer & a clothes washing machine.

Cons: The apartment itself is absolutely perfect - the area is slightly run down but we did not have an ounce of trouble coming & going at all times of day & night.

Friendly owners and pleasant stay

Pros: The apartment is very clean and comfortable. There are a lot of little sweet things like pictures on the walls and flowers. The kitchen if fully equipped and there’s a washing machine and the iron. The owners are very friendly! Once we asked for a warm blankets and got them in no time. We also were kindly allowed to stay several hours after the checkout time, as our flight was in the evening. It was a pleasant stay

Cons: Everything is ok

Comfortable and well set up.

Pros: The location was great, easy walk to tram and within 10minutes you are in the old part of Palermo. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants all around the apartment. Sitting on the balcony/s watching the sea or the street scene was a highlight. Secure car parking was also a reassuring addition.

Cons: As pointed out to the apartment agent the electric water jug was perishing (made of silicon). I am hoping yhey will replace it.

Great stay.

Pros: Very comfy modern apartments. Host was very hospitable. It was perfect for our stay. It was a short tram ride into Palermo city for activities.

Cons: Didn’t like that we had to make up the foldabed ourselves, but not a deal breaker. Also, cleaner came before our check-out time, so felt rushed.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and bright, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The large balconies contribute to a perfect relaxation during the stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and spotless. The area is quiet and safe, ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Pros: We liked the cleaning of the apartament and all its modern features. The parking is right next to the entrance and it is always availlable and protected by barrier. Simona provided all the necessary details and she is always ready to help.

Cons: The distance to the old city center is about 3km but it is a good thing as you stay în a cleaner area of the city and you have a seaview.

GOAT APARTMENTS

Pros: Large apartments with two bathrooms, nice TV, air conditioners in every room, 4 balconies and the view of the sea. Very clean with all essential facilities as microwave, fridge + freezer, washing machine, iron.

Cons: There was everything except dishwasher.

Pros: Very nice and clean. 2 bathrooms which is big plus. Nice terraces.

Cons: We like everything.

Pros: Ivan was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive – we felt very safe during our stay. If I ever return to Palermo, I will definitely come back to this apartment. The street has everything you might need: a bakery, fish market, butcher, a wine shop with local delicacies – and even Ivan’s large shoe store! There’s a lovely seaside promenade nearby that leads to the marina, but if you’re short on time, you can take the tram and be in Palermo’s old town in just 6 minutes.
