Lovely Apartment in the City Centre

Pros: Great apartment for two couples, clean, comfortable, well equiped. 10 min walk to city center zone or live market nearby.

Cons: 3rd floor with narrow stairs is not so good to bring up 4 suitcases, but that's only on arrival and a little easier on departure.

Pros: Great location if you want to feel the atmosphere of the city. There is a paid parking lot about 10 minutes' walk from the building. The host Fabio was really kind and available at all times.

We really enjoyed the apartment and overall stay in Palermo: very intriguing and historical place.

Pros: • We searched for the apartment that would give us the feeling of the citizen-like live style: the corridor of the building itself seems to be a little bit dingy, yes, but feels like it has its own history. Probably it is how most of the normal buildings in Palermo that people live looks like. • The apartment itself is cozy, we didn’t hear the neighbours (sometimes only the kids that were playing late in the night), everything was fresh and clean. In the rooms we felt privacy. • Our host Fabio was very friendly, hospitable and helpful with any questions we asked! The communication was very efficient. • Most of the historical places were very close. Good localization to have a walk even to more distant locations. • Free car parking on the main street. Very close paid underground one.

Cons: Apartment is placed on the third floor: I won’t say it was a problem for me and my partner (this info is indicated in the description) but my dad was struggling when going up (tendons in the leg) when usually it’s not the case for him. I can only say that a floor level is not necessarily equal to the same level among the countries. It’s a reminder to take it into consideration for people with health problems.

Very comfortable apartments

Pros: Convenient location, cozy rooms, we were with children, everything was very convenient.

Cons: The boiler is very noisy when the water is turned on. Last night, someone was doing repairs and it was very noisy, it's strange that the repairs were done at night.

Dobra lokalizacja, jeżeli chodzi o bliskość centrum i głównych atrakcji miasta

Pros: Wspaniała obsługa przez co-host Fabio. Błyskawiczny, bezproblemowy kontakt i natychmiastowe działanie oraz polecone lokale i godne zobaczenia miejsca.

Pros: Fabio et Vittorio on étaient géniaux merci a eux, le séjour était magnifique!

Netter Ort mit Potenzial

Pros: Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Palermo. Der Kontakt mit Fabio war unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig – von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist top: zentral, gut erreichbar und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung selbst ist charmant eingerichtet, mit liebevollen Details und allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Allerdings ist sie etwas kleiner und enger, als es auf den Fotos den Anschein hatte – für zwei Personen gerade noch okay, aber bei längerem Aufenthalt könnte es etwas beengt wirken.

Cons: Ein Kritikpunkt ist der Preis: Für die gebotene Grösse und Ausstattung fanden wir die Unterkunft etwas zu teuer. Ausserdem sollte die Waschmaschine dringend ausgetauscht werden, sie ist veraltet und riecht nicht gut.

Pros: Bardzo sprawna komunikacja z obsługą. Fabio był bardzo pomocny i szybko odpisywał na wszelkie pytania. Lokalizacja też super, bardzo blisko do głównej ulicy. Jak najbardziej polecam :)
