Pros: Amazing little place, clean, nice bathroom, a washing machine available, good AC and a very central location - a really short walk to most of the interesting spots in the city. Some great cheap sandwiches in the next alleyway and some nice bars nearby too.
Cons: The neighbourhood is a bit shady and very littered.

Pros: Awesome Stay here at this very cute place. Host was awesome and super Helpful, I had trouble working the washing machine and host was just a call away !! Had everything I needed for my stay here Air-conditioning, great shower, electric stove and a little window clothes hanger to do small bits of washing, very well decorated and nice homey feel. Central location tucked away with the locals, 10-15 minute walk and your amongst all of the city or even a short bike. I would absolutely love to come back and stay here again!
Cons: On the second floor the roof is a lot lower, i’m quiet tall 6.2ft so i did have to be careful up there. No head-but’s just had to lower myself abit and everything was fine !!

Nice to stay for a short period, worth the price
Pros: The apartment was super clean and looked exactly like in the photo. We liked a lit decoration, that was made with a taste 🙂 Location of the apartment close to the center (10 min) and a few minutes form the bus stop. Federica is a responsible, friendly, and always helpful host. Everything works fine: coffee machine, washing machine, air conditioner. The apartment is fine for one or a maximum of 2 people.
Cons: The apartment is located in front of the residential building, so we you will have the attention of the local people, which is not every time comfortable. There is no window in the ground floor in the kitchen, which makes it a bit dark. The cellibg on the first floor is low so be careful with that. There is not too much space for drying clothes outside, so if you go in the sea holidays be aware of it.

Pros: Very cosy authentic studio :3 the bed was very comfy and the whole place was a vibe. You can reach the main sights by foot easily. And Federica was very nice and welcoming 😌 Oh also the place was extra clean and beautiful!

Nice little apartment in Palermo
Pros: It was very clean, well equipped with dishes, pots & pans, espresso machine & pods, kettle, etc. Excellent location....could walk to all the main streets, museums, waterfront within 15 to 30 minutes. There places to purchase any needed groceries within 15 minutes. Air conditioner worked well. This was important as it was quite hot in Palermo during my stay. The decor was quite nice.
Cons: It was not a problem for me at all, but the upstairs section, where the bed is located has a lower ceiling. Just something to be aware of if you are tall.

Pros: Studio charmant et très bien situé dans Palerme. Nous avons pu avec mon conjoint profiter pleinement de la vie parlermitaine. Federica a été très à l'écoute et nous a partagé quelques bonnes idées pour égayer encore plus notre séjour. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité!

Il centro storico a portata di mano…
Pros: La struttura alle porte del centro storico, comodissima per visitare la città a piedi. Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte, che la rendono anche più accogliente, è dotata di tutto il necessario. Pulitissima e arredata con gusto in ogni dettaglio. Federica, la proprietaria, molto disponibile e attenta ai particolari per far sentire gli ospiti a casa.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros: Appartement propre et récent. Électroménager (TV, climatisation, lave-linge) de très bonne qualité. Hôte disponible et de bons conseils.
Cons: Étage bas de plafond (< 1,80m). Humidité car absence de ventilation mécanique.
