Masalia Loft

Cosy&clean studio @great location

Pros: This is the perfect studio to rent as a couple visiting the city. It’s location is close to the cathedral, it is super cosy and clean and Masalia gave us such a friendly welcome you’ll feel right at home.. and the room comes with coffee ;)

Pros: Martina was an amazing host. She had no problem waiting for us to great us and hand over the keys close to midnight. She shared a lot of insider's tips for moving around Palermo and great food and drink hints. The bed was very comfortable, something that isn't always a standard. The place has additional metal window shutters that allow you to sleep with no sunlight coming in and very little to zero city buzz even though the appartement is located in the very heart of the historic center of Palermo. I can only recommend staying at this place.

Really nice apartment, located just seconds from the main street and Cathedral. Excellent!

Pros: Gorgeous apartment, all facilities needed. Very clean, well decorated. Martina was lovely and met us on arrival and gave us lots of recommendations for things to see and do. A lot of reviews we read beforehand commented on the stairs, there are 49 in total and take about 30 seconds to climb - absolutely no issue for most people.

Spacious, comfortable studio with everything provided for a great time in Palermo!

Pros: Property was in an ideal location. Inside was very spacious with lovely decor and had everything you could need. The host was extremely helpful- nothing was too much and had great recommendations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: There was a good few steps up to the door of the apartment. Understandable though, as its a protected property.

Pros: Very central, quite close to the center and to the train station.

A beautiful place to stay.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful with everything you might need for a very comfortable stay. It is stylish and beautifully decorated with an amazing wooden ceiling . The kitchen area was very useful, well designed . We appreciated the coffee machine and the coffee and tea left for us. The bed is very comfortable and there is ample space with a sofa to relax on. We loved it. Martina could not have been kinder and communication with her was excellent. She responded very quickly to messages . The location is in the heart of Palermo, we were able to walk there from the train station and from the apartment it is a 5 minute walk to all the attractions. Highly recommended.

Pros: It was a very clean and big room. The host was lovely. When you needed anything you could just get in touch with the host any she responded quickly.

Perfetto!

Pros: La posizione proprio dietro l'angolo della cattedrale è fantastica! Tuttavia, è necessario essere in buona forma fisica, poiché l'appartamento si trova al secondo piano e le scale sono un po' ripide. L'appartamento stesso è molto moderno, arredato con gusto e in modo funzionale, non manca nulla. In particolare, la macchina del caffè prepara un caffè eccezionale!!! Inoltre, la nostra padrona di casa è stata estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Torneremmo volentieri (e abbiamo intenzione di farlo) e siamo sinceramente felici di dare 5 stelle.

Oase der Ruhe

Pros: Es war eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung im lebendigen Palermo, trotzdem dass die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt. Alles sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cozy, Elegant, modern/typical Loft nel centro di Palermo a 1 passo dalla Cattedrale!

Pros: L’accoglienza di Martina è stata speciale! Estremamente cordiale, disponibile, a tratti familiare. L’appartamento è veramente suggestivo, ben arredato, pulitissimo e gli spazi sono ben sfruttati. Il Loft è davvero ad un passo dalla cattedrale, ma non per questo si soffre il rumore e la confusione del corso principale, perché la posizione dell’appartamento è leggermente nascosta e ben a riparo da rumori molesti, anche grazie ai serramenti che sono nuovi e antirumore. Ad accoglierci, abbiamo trovato un buon profumo di pulizia appena effettuate e alla partenza dei dolcetti tipici, in segno di saluto 💛 Raccomando vivamente questo Loft e la stessa Martina. :)

Cons: È andato tutto molto bene, e non c’è effettivamente qualcosa che non ci sia piaciuto. Se proprio vogliamo segnalare qualcosa bisogna dire che il Loft non ha un accessibilità dedicata a tutti: la scala che porta all’appartamento ha dei gradoni del 1500 che chiaramente non permette l’accesso a qualsiasi condizione fisica. É un problema di struttura del palazzo, non del Loft di Martina, però mi sembrava giusto segnalarlo.
