Perfect old town accommodation for different types of travellers.

Pros: Location was fantastic - with a small view of the teattro Bathroom was reasonably spacious and it also had a well equipped kitchenette and washing machine. Excellent for people travelling on a longer holiday. Airconditioning and TV was streaming services good for very hot afternoons. Elevator - only 3 stairs to contend with. Host was very accommodating and spent quite some time explaing the apartment to us. The people who worked in the restaurants below were very friendly and welcoming. Be aware that it is on a very noisy street - but that is all part of the city and it didn't bother us at all.

Cons: Next to nothing - ideally a larger shower might be good, but it wasn't a problem.

Pros: Great apartment in an amazing location with an incredibly welcoming and helpful owner - I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to stay in Palermo! 10/10 on all aspects

Very nice apartment

Pros: The apartment was very clean and fresh. The kitchen is completely equipped. The owner were very kind and helpful. Perfect location.

Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment is very noisy at night, there are nightclubs under the windows.

Pros: -excellent central location -clean, spacious and bright apartment -excellent facilities in all rooms and all in good working order -comfortable chairs and bed -clear and helpful communication with Monica the host who extended a warm welcome and really does care that her guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

Cons: The single bed was quite small and not as super comfy as the double. Having said that it was adequate and I slept well.

Pros: Clean , very central , nice balcony view, excellent host Monica ,speaks good English and offered a great deal of local info . Close to all restaurants and markets also biggest theatre in Italy . Good location.

Cons: A little too noisy very late at night, also parking is difficult in the immediate area.

Great place to stay centrally, would recommend

Pros: Very central location, friendly host, homey feel, elevator in the building, large apartment with many windows, host replaced broken electric kettle once discovered, washing machine present, big wardrobe and table, new windows installed to get rid of outside noise at night

Cons: Having a microwave would be nice, there is still some outside night noise coming through into the main bedroom even if all windows and doors are closed. I find it acceptable for sleeping, but i can see how it might be a problem for others. Shower water is hard to adjust not to be too hot or too cold.

Great stay, great host, really excellent location!

Pros: The location of the flat is excellent, and convient to literally everything! Although we had read in a few reviews that there could be tourist noise at night, the additional set of double doors in the main bedroom really helped! ❣️
