Pros: The apartment's location is excellent. It's very close to everything—historical sites, the sea, bus stops, the train station, and restaurants. The owner was very helpful. The apartment is modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary everyday essentials. If I return to Palermo, I'll definitely stay at this apartment.

Perfect apartment in an excellent location

Pros: The apartment was absolutely perfect. Clean, beautiful, cozy, and comfortable! Great shower, spotless bathroom, and fresh bed linen. The building was a bit cold, but that’s normal for this region. The host was very friendly and attentive. I was incredibly happy with my stay! The location is excellent — lots of interesting places right nearby.

Cons: The only thing to note: it can be quite noisy at night due to lively Italians chatting outside, and in the morning there’s traffic noise.

Pros: Perfect apartment in the center of Palermo! It had everything I needed for a great vacation!

Pros: Absolutely fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Everything you could possibly need, including shampoo, soap and shower gel, which is so helpful when travelling with a small bag. The shower had plenty of hot water with a strong pressure. Bed was large, sheets and towels were good quality. The most perfect location, literally a minutes walk from Teatro Massimo. With all the restaurants you could ever want literally on your doorstep. The owner was very helpful and replied promptly to messages. Lovely balcony to watch the world go by and enjoy a coffee/wine, above a pedestrian street full of restaurants. TOTALLY 100% recommend, great value for money in a perfect location.

Pros: Very good location but you have to pay a price; a little bit noisy in the night. But I could handle this even in my age. Host did a lot to accommodate us. I am sure it wasn't easy to renovate this place and make it sooo nice. Thank you.

Pros: Gaetano is the best host! The place is clean, well equipped and close to (or more so in) the centre. Teatro Massimo is about a 2 minute walk away, everything is reachable on foot. Gaetano was always available to answer our questions, anything from transit to local food recommendations. Would recommend staying here, would visit again!

Excellent, the best in Palermo!

Pros: We had the best time here, everything was so perfect. The apartman is very clean, very comfortable and it is in the best place in the city centre. The staff was very kind and he made sure we had the best time there, we are so grateful for him.:)

Cons: It was a little bit loud at night and in the morning because it is in the centre above the restaurants, but it was still okay and every other benefits of the apartman made it better:)
