Cons: The location is a bit remote, in an area very close to the harbour. However, Lime scooters or taxis reach out to the place.

Luxury stay in a converted palace!! Loved it :)
Pros: We absolutely LOVED this apartment - from the pictures i thought we were in for a treat but it’s even better in real life. You are genuinely staying in a converted palace, the interior design is stunning, maintaining majority of the original features with a modern twist - such great facilities (stunning big shower/bathroom, very comfy bed & a great little kitchen). The host was super friendly and helpful and it was nice to be greeted upon arrival instead of having to self check in. There is free parking which was a bonus and the car felt very safe there. It’s located in a very peaceful and quiet area nearer the harbour instead of being in the old city, so having a car is helpful! If not, the hotel offers a free transfer.

I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart
Pros: Everything was absolutely great. Very comfortable, clean, beautifully arranged rooms, in the kitchen you find everything you need, all the common spaces were very well taken care of. The staff was extraordinarily helpful, nice, very kind, we were always asked if everything was okay, if we needed anything else. All our requests were accommodated. The location for us was very good, because we had a car, we had somewhere to leave it without being afraid that we would not find a place when we returned, the property is about 10 minutes by car from the most important tourist points in Palermo, on a quiet street, which we appreciated very much.

Fulfilled our expectations...
Pros: Close to the harbour and a bit outside the city center, but at the same time easy to park the car and less hectic. We found it to be a great advantage.
Cons: Not much to complain actually. Probably lack of the safe deposit box.

Luxury place for affordable price
Pros: Well, it's really nice place. You can feel like you are staying in Luxury mansion. Host are very friendly. Maybe the place itself is not the best one, but for us it was not a problem. All the places we reached by foot. More or less it's in walking distance. They have free parking place. I've even made a video, which could be found on youtube channel \

A stay in an 18th century palace
Pros: superbly restored 18h century palace with spacious rooms with a lot of amenities and abundant history. Also patios, verandas, terraces, gardens and a lift.
Cons: The property asked my personal data before the arrival - a serious violation of the data protection law . I have filed a complaint to the proper authority. Also I got far too many redundant messages - some inacurate , some irrelevant. It was quite a hassle to get a second key card for my companion. There were no cleaning service and no towel change which is a nuisance cosidering the price we have paid

Pros: Although the location is a bit off the center, this was by far the best hotel out of 8 we stayed at during this trip. The apartment was beautifully arranged — modern, ergonomic, and very comfortable. There is a shared terrace and living room, which adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. Great if you’re traveling by car: free parking available. Smooth and easy check-in process, and there’s also a shuttle to Palermo city center. And of course — the palazzo building itself is full of charm and character. Beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommended! And perfect small kitchen. For own cooking

Wonderful place, highly recommended.
Pros: The apartment was fabulous—spacious, fresh, super clean, nicely decorated, and recently renovated. The building itself is gorgeous, we were very impressed. If you're arriving by car, the parking arrangements are quite convenient compared to other areas in Palermo. I highly recommend this place if you prioritize comfort over a very central location. Upon our arrival, Francesco welcomed us and gave us a tour of the building and the apartment. He took the time to share helpful tips about transportation and places we wanted to visit. Overall, it was a wonderful welcome and stay.
Cons: If you prefer not to drive in the city, keep in mind that public transportation at night may not be the best option. The nearest bus stops that connect to the main tourist attractions are not very reliable, and you may need to walk about 25m to reach them. However, taxis and Uber rides are always available!
