Pros: Cosy, well-furnished appartment situated in the forth floor of the appartment building. I can assume someone has very good sense for tasteful interior design. Although situated near a busy road, there wasn´t much noise from the street at night. I had all the comfort and privacy. Matteo gave me a nice hand shake, which is not typical of all the local people and makes it one of the few places I can highly recommend and think I will definitely choose again next time I am in Palermo. To put it simply, everything was fantastic!

Pros: This property is tastefully decorated. Somebody has a great eye for classy, interior design. Every comfort is available here. The kitchen is fully equipped, The bedroom is so comfortable and pretty. The bathroom is high spec. There is a balcony and utility room.
Cons: The apartment is on a noisy street , though safe, the traffic is nonstop. If you are a walker you can be in the centre of Palermo in 30 minutes, but be careful, the paths/pavements are dangerously uneven. You are also a minute away from a supermarket.

Pros: Wszystko co potrzebne jest w mieszkaniu, lokalizacja super przy samym centrum.
Cons: Jedynym lekkim minusem moze byc - jako ze mieszkanie jest przy centrum - ruchliwa ulica pod oknami. Jednak w oknach sa rolety i w nocy jest dosc cicho

Pros: Wohnung war sehr nett. Es war für uns das ganze Zentrum incl. Palazzo Reale und Kathedrale fußläufig zu erreichen. Und als Ausgangspunkt für eine Wanderung auf den Monte Pellegrino auch ideal.
Cons: Das Bussystem Palermos erschließt sich einem leider nicht in zwei Tagen.

Bardzo komfortowy i czysty apartament z bezcennym parkingiem, idealny na wypad do Palermo także w zimę
Pros: Bardzo czyste i przytulne mieszkanie z dwiema dużymi sypialniami (salon z aneksem kuchennym i sypialnia). Największym atutem jest prywatny parking (w Palermo to ogromna oszczędność czasu) oraz świetnie wyposażona kuchnia z ekspresem do kawy, oliwą i przyprawami. Lokalizacja jest super – pod blokiem supermarket, a do centrum idzie się spacerem 20-30 minut. Okolica wydaje się bezpieczna. W styczniu w mieszkaniu było ciepło, klimatyzacja działa. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste o dobrze wyposażone i miły właściciel.
Cons: Nie mam zastrzeżeń. Rano obudziło nas trąbienie kilku aut z ulicy, ale to raczej normalne wszędzie w tym mieście.

Pros: Alloggio perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista! La casa è impeccabile, pulitissima, profumata e dotata di ogni comfort, anche oltre le aspettative. Non manca davvero nulla. Posizione eccellente: in pieno centro, comodissima per muoversi con i mezzi, con negozi sotto casa e tutto a portata di mano. Il palazzo e l’ascensore sono pulitissimi e molto curati. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Nulla da criticare, soggiorno perfetto. Ci tornerei assolutamente! Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Very nice and cozy
Pros: We needed a place near the port and found a very economical option. The apartment has everything you need—small but efficient. The private gated parking was especially appreciated, and having Netflix available was a nice touch. Uber rides to the historical city cost around $15–20.
Cons: Noise early morning from honking cars was annoying

Pros: A lakás kényelmes, hangulatos, jól felszerelt. A házigazda kedves, segítőkész és a felmerült problémánkat azonnal megoldotta. A saját parkoló a legnagyobb értéke ennek a szállásnak.
Cons: Kicsit pontosabban, esetleg fotókkal segítve lehetne könnyebbé tenni a ház megtalálását. Ami miatt nem 10 pont, az a zaj. Persze tudtuk, hogy belváros, de ez akkor is túlzás. Folyamat dudaszó, ordító zene, légkalapács, ütvefúró, kutyaugatás, áruszállítás, kukásautó....csakis csukott ablak...de az se elég. Nekünk egy vízforraló nagyon hiányzott, lábosban vizet melegíteni a teához elég idejétmúlt.
