Cons: The water boiler is a bit slow to cover the showers of 4 adults, and in mid-february it got quite cold during the night in the bedroom

Pros: Davide was an exceptional host! He made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of his way to help us with many things. Davide went over and above what you would expect from a host by giving us all sorts of advice, from scenic spots to regional specialty dishes we should eat. When we arrived, tired and hungry, he took us to a lovely cafe with great traditional food. loved staying at Casseta Della Nonna, as the host made it an unforgettable experience!

A relaxing, authentic and extraordinary stay in an iconic Palermo neighborhood

Pros: The property, the location and the fact that Davide, the host, was an splendid, courteous, kind, polite, knowledgeable and a great host. Really felt well taken care of and went out of his way to provide us with unique recommendations of Palermo, how to navigate the city, the best spots for locals and tourists alike. He really provided us with an authentic feeling of the world renowned of the Sicilian warmth, friendliness and hospitality. The place is perfectly located in a vibrant Palermo neighborhood where you get the authentic and real way of life of the locals. Very comfortable, with excellent amenities, amazing plasma TV, very comfortable beds and ample space for a relaxing and optimal stay in Palermo. Highly recommended property! Guests/Visitors should take advantage of this location to truly explore all what the city has to offer.

Pros: - big and very clean appartment - not far from the port and the city center - very nice and friendly owner (english speaker) - easy to reach from the airport (by train) - big and confortable beds - everything you need in the appartment

Pros: In total 20 out of 10 🔥🙏 We have really nothing to complain. One of the best host we've ever met. He was always making sure that we have everything, feel home and comfortable. At any time he was ready to help us, if we needed something. He also provided us with water, coffee and shampoo. The appartment was also very beautiful and comfortable. Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé et très propre. On peut se rendre facilement dans le centre et faire toutes les activités en marchant 30 minutes. Très pratique aussi pour aller à mondello et à l'aéroport. Petit marché de quartier, supermarchés et restaurant local à moins de 5 minutes. Davide est incroyablement gentil et serviable. Il est vraiment aux petits soins et donne beaucoup de conseils et donne l'envie de découvrir Palerme et de revenir ! Et je reviendrai chez Davide avec plaisir

Pros: Il proprietario è stato davvero gentilissimo: si è presentato personalmente all’arrivo, spiegando in dettaglio tutto ciò che era presente in casa. Sempre disponibile, generoso e molto utile in ogni necessità. La casa non ha nulla che non vada: il letto è abbastanza comodo, le lenzuola pulite, così come il bagno, la cucina e tutti gli altri ambienti. Presente anche una lavatrice con funzione asciugatrice, davvero utilissima, e un frigorifero capiente. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutti gli utensili necessari, il tavolo è spazioso, c’è un comodo divano, una televisione con tutti i servizi e un Wi-Fi velocissimo. In bagno, come in cucina, ho trovato tutto l’essenziale e anche di più: carta igienica, phon, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e un set di cortesia completo. Molto apprezzati anche la macchina del caffè, il forno e il microonde. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno!

Cons: L’unica piccola nota negativa è che la casa risulta poco luminosa, ma è un aspetto non imputabile al proprietario. Punto a favore proprio per lui: gentilissimo, professionale e molto attento agli ospiti.

Pros: Очень понравился хозяин, внимательный и заботливый. Всегда был на связи . Заселение было раньше,чем указано в букинге. В квартире было все , что нужно для проживания. Чисто и уютно. Остановки очень близко,от квартиры. До пляжа Монделло 25 минут ехать, в центр можно дойти не спеша за 30 минут. Вокруг много супермаркетов и кафе. Отдельная благодарность Давиду,за ранний трансфер в аэропорт. .

Pros: Супер расположение. Нет толп туристов . Спокойный район. Хорошая чистая квартира в стиле старого Палермо. Рядом Lidl. На соседних улочках разные лавки по продаже вкусностей. Можно купить свежую рыбу и овощи. За углом кондитерская и хлебопекарня. Короче все что угодно !!! Особый респект Davide. Хозяину апартаментов. Общение как с другом. Решал все наши вопросы по поводу нахождения в Палермо. Davide спасибо тебе. !!!
