Pros: The property js clean, welcoming and very nice. The location is very central and was easy for us to find a parking spot all the time. The check in and out were very easy and simple. We were late and they still were super nice with us

Pros: Very close to the amazing cathedral, friendly owner, you can walk everywhere, also not so far from train station. Shops, restaurants in the neighborhood, authentic area, comfy bed, nice design, enjoyable music system. Even the neighbours is very close, it was quiet in November. I recommend it.

Good for short stay
Pros: Cosy place. Had great music system installed. Easy to find and get keys. Good for a short stay.
Cons: Fridge was noisy. In the kitchen there was no oil for cooking, I would expect to find basics in the apartment. Very noisy in the morning from all the constructions around. Very weak hairdryer - not for girls with long hair.

Great to be in the heart of Palermo.
Pros: The place is OK, it's comfortable. The room is spacious, the bathroom is huge. We encountered all we needed for a 2-day stay. I enjoyed the little balcony. IMHO the strongest point about Belle Arti is the location, very near the center, still very quiet, and we felt safe (contrary to other time we stayed in Palermo, we go once in a while since we moved to Sicily 3 years ago). You're inside the Capo quartier, so Mercato del Capo is a stone's throw away.
Cons: The only downside: arriving by car. The apt is in a street not reachable by car, and some of the quartier is ZTL (so you cannot enter with the car if you're not a local). Finding a place to park revealed hard. And the indications given by the hosts could have been more informative.
