Pros: The apartment is newly renovated and clean. It's located near the Cathedral, a well-stocked small supermarket, and a market. The owner provides airport transfers.
Cons: Narrow stairs to the first floor, but that's how it is in tenement buildings. Besides, the driver helped us carry our suitcase.

Pros: The space is clean and recently renovated. The host is kind and funny. He gave us a lot of recommendations. The aircom was broken but he was super on it to fix it, answering us at any time. Gave us pastries as an apology!!

Pros: Krásný čistý nový apartmán. Výborná komunikace s pronajímatelem. Možnost pozdního check-inu s asistencí přes telefon. Veškeré vybavení, úplně nové. Blízkost centra a katedrály
Cons: Přijeli jsme ve večerní špičce, neznali jsme město, tak pro nás bylo složitější zaparkovat. Velice nám s tím pomohl pronajímatel.

Świetne mieszkanie rzut beretem od katedry Palermo
Pros: nowoczesne mieszkanie w bardzo dobrym standardzie, jest w nim wszystko, czego można potrzebować. klimatyzacja i smart TV w każdym pomieszczeniu, wygodne łóżko, salon w którym można odpocząć.
Cons: zamieszanie przy zameldowaniu - dzień wcześniej właściciel zapytał, kiedy się zameldujemy i ustaliliśmy oboje, że mieszkanie będzie przygotowane na 10 czyli 2h wcześniej niż zazwyczaj (właściciel zapewnił mnie, ze to żaden problem i jest to dogadane z panią sprzątająca). bylysmy pod drzwiami o 11 i okazało sie, ze nic nie jest przygotowane, pani sprzątająca dopiero jedzie na miejsce. musialysmy poczekac az przyjedzie, zeby chociaz zostawić bagaze i przeczekać całe sprzątanie. dopiero o 12:30 mogłyśmy sie zameldować, co trochę nas zniechęciło do właściciela. druga rzecz to coś, na co właściciel nie ma wpływu- okolica jest niebezpieczna, pełna starych rusztowań i opuszczonych domów. drzwi do mieszkania znajdują sie w bardzo wąskiej i przerażająco ciemnej oraz brudnej uliczce pełnej dzikich kotów.

Ottimo lo consiglio
Pros: L'appartamento è perfetto, carino, ben arredato, ma soprattutto perfettamente pulito. Il ragazzo che lo gestisce estremamente gentile e disponibile in ogni cosa, anche per un deposito bagagli extra completamente gratuito che ci ha permesso di goderci il nostro soggiorno in relax sino all'ultimo senza il peso del bagaglio.

Palermo è una città che sa stregare. Al Serenello Home siamo stati molto bene
Pros: Considerato che siamo arrivati in tarda serata, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità e la gentilezza del gestore. L’appartamento è in ottime condizioni ed accogliente. Si affaccia su un vicolo e per questo è silenzioso

Printre locuitorii din Palermo
Pros: Locație într-un cartier tipic italian la câteva minute de orice atracție turistică. Magazine, restaurante și piețe la tot pasul. Apartamentul are intrare separată, se urcă o scară, este situat la etaj. Totul este curat și practic. Am citit în comentariile unora că accesul la vasul de toaletă ar fi dificil; nu este adevărat, poate doar pentru cine are 150 kg să fie o problemă. Gazdele ne-au lăsat și 4 capsule pentru aparatul de cafea și 2 sticle cu apă. Mulțumim. Recomandăm.
