Apartment Papyri

Beatiful terrace in cramped apartment.

Pros: It's a great location and the apartment's terrace is big and has nice views of the cathedral. The host was great and very accommodating and helpful.

Cons: The individual rooms are quite small and the smaller bedroom feels lile a hostel-room, while the living room is more like a jail cell. The bigger bedroom's roof leaks when it rains. The toilet flushing mechanism is on its last leg. The water system(?) is installed in the roof of the living room and makes an awful racket every time someone uses water in the apartment, as well as elsewhere in the house. Still, would recommend for the price and with the caveat that it's not raining when you stay there.

Pros: It was very good located walking distance from all to see in the city. Comfortable to relax back at the apartment as well and also to cook/eat

Pros: We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Palermo with our 2-year-old. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The highlight is definitely the spacious terrace – perfect for breakfast and relaxing in the evenings. Great location and very responsive host. Highly recommend!

Very central!

Pros: The terrace and views were terrific and it was nice to have a separate living room. The welcome pack was a nice touch.

Cons: The shower could do with an improvement, but overall the facilities were pretty good.

Amazing!

Pros: The location is fantastic right next to the cathedral but a step away from the noise. There is a free car park nearby which was super useful with our rental car. There is a small supermarket near by and a lovely fornaio for cornetti in the morning. Cleanliness was great and bedding comfortable. The host was welcome and gave us some amazing tips!

We were very comfortable. It was a lovely apartment.

Pros: The location was great, really close to the Cathedral. Very grateful for the air conditioning!

Pros: Our host Ilenia was so helpful. Excellent location in Palermo. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. So close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Top Notch

Pros: Staying at Apartment Papyri in Palermo was an excellent experience! The location is perfect, situated very close to both the Cattedrale di Palermo and the Palazzo dei Normanni. This made exploring the city's historic landmarks incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, providing a great retreat after a day of sightseeing. The roof terrace is a fantastic feature, offering a lovely space to relax and enjoy the views. The host was very welcoming and ensured that everything was just right for our stay. Overall, Apartment Papyri is a top-notch choice for anyone visiting Palermo!

Excellent stay, location to everything is fabulous, rooftop terrace is just amazing.

Pros: This apartment is all about the rooftop terrace - it’s amazing and makes the whole stay. Aside from that - lots of room, air con is excellent, location is great, entry instructions fab

Cons: Could have done with some slightly better cooking utensils - we cook for ourselves on holiday and the pans were in need of replacing. Stairs not good for anyone with mobility issues.

We would stay in this apartment again, it was close to Center and was well appointed. I would recommend it.

Pros: Well positioned centrally. Lovely apartment with all you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The lock on the front door had a tendency to stick. There was a knack to getting it to open and once you mastered this it was ok.
