Pros: Marcello was the most helpful and lovely host for our 3 days in Palermo. We had everything we needed in the apartment - it was comfortable and homey and we really enjoyed the central location.

Cons: It was perfect.

Great location

Pros: Location, location, location as they say. We parked our rental then did not touch it again while we stayed in Palermo as all was within walking distance. Marcello was very friendly, available, and knowledgeable with his recommendations and even help figuring out the parking app we downloaded. Would definitely recommend!

Cons: No issues for us but would not recommend for anyone with mobility or balance issues as it has many stairs and the stairs for the mezzanine do not have a handrail.

Perfect host perfect apartment!

Pros: We stayed here for two nights on our first time in Palmero and it was perfect! The host was so attentive and had lots of food and drink within the properly to ensure we were well looked after. The apartment was very central to Palermo and such a nice property- we would definitely stay here again

Hidden gem in Palermo

Pros: Beautiful apartment, the pictures on booking can’t really capture how nice it was ☺️ the location is amazing, located in a quiet street close to many restaurants, bars and a 24/7 supermarket as well as the major tourist attractions. Marcello was incredible helpful and friendly, I would definitely come again!

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Palermo

Pros: This apartment is absolutely magnificent and clean. A stunning kitchen with new appliances and a coffee machine. Excellent aircon which keeps the place cool. The bathroom is just amazing and brand new beautifullly renovated. Marcello the host is a true gentleman… he took good care of us and gave us excellent advice and some snacks on arrival. He even helped me with an early morning transfer to airport. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Palermo.

Comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located.

Pros: We had a great stay! Marcello was incredibly kind and welcoming and he he gave us lots of helpful information when we arrived. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Being on the first floor made it really convenient, especially with luggage, and we felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. The fridge was fully stocked, which was such a thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: we had a wonderful stay in this comfortable studio apartment! Marcello was a very attentive host, he made sure we had everything we needed and even provided helpful tips and recommendations for the best places to visit, along with a map. The fridge was stocked with snacks, and we were delighted to find a freshly baked cake waiting for us. The apartment itself was spotless and very central to all main attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience thank you, Marcello!

Pros: very stylish in excellent safe area.perfect for a couple who are looking for something to enjoy a good break breakfast was left in the apartment and the style and layout of it made for great stay

Great host, comfortable apartment, great location

Pros: Marcello is great host - there to welcome me and to be of help if I needed it. Apartment is as shown on the photos. It is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I found the bed to be comfortable and, taking care, the stairway up and down was not a problem. Marcello had put a great amount of food in the fridge to start my stay so that I did not need to go out to the supermarket immediately - plus a bottle of wine. Good supermarket close by, as are cafes, bars and restaurants. In a good area of the city, with upmarket shops nearby. Easy to get into the city and train station with bus stops only a minute or so away - 101/102 for city. Also 104 for P. Independenza (for Palazzo Normanni & 389 bus to Monreale). Pleasant 15 - 20 min walk to main tourist area or take a bus part way and just have a 2 block walk to Quattro Canti. I really enjoyed meeting Marcello, staying at Casa Ricasoli 41, and being in Palermo
