Pros: Thank you, Fabio! Everything was great! The location of the apartment is good, near to good restaurants, bus stop, a lot of shops. The apartment is very quiet, clean and fancy. I recommend it to everyone!!

Pros: The apart is great and we were able to visit, although the short stay, some outstanding places of the city. Hope to be again in Palermo at Archimedes in the near future.

Cons: Reflecting on my recent experience, I can honestly say that I didn’t find anything to dislike. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was impeccable, and every detail seemed thoughtfully considered. Whether it was the friendly interactions, the quality of the offerings, or the overall environment, there wasn’t a single moment where I felt dissatisfied. In summary, my experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I can’t think of a single thing that I didn’t like.

A stunning property with the assurance of a host that really cares about your experience.

Pros: Fabio went out of his way to ensure we had a magic time. He organised a driver to pick us up from the airport at a reasonable cost. The apartment was very clean and there was welcome fruit and a bottle of wine. Nothing was too much trouble. We were given comprehensive “what to see” and “where to eat” recommendations and Fabio even made a dining booking for us. It was a 5 minute walk to a large supermarket and lots of bars and places to eat nearby. 15 minute walk to the opera house. Exceeded our expectations for our stay.

Palermo little gem

Pros: Fabio went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable in the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. He also recommended restaurants and tourist attractions, which were most helpful. He was a fantastic host. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Palermo to stay here.

Cons: It was perfect. There was nothing we did not like.

Excellent Choice, Great Apartment

Pros: The terrace was the best feature, fantastic for evening glass of wine or morning coffee. Location is around a mile to the main attractions but this suited us perfectly as we like to walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby however.

Cons: Very small comment, the elevator is really tiny so a bit of an issue for me. Otherwise, all fantastic.

Unbelieve Apartment, perfect location!

Pros: Fabio's apartment is truly amazing! It looks just like the photos. Loved the terrace. The apartment is very large and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Cons: We had to leave!
