Pros: Great location. In the middle of a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shops. Walking distance to most of the major attractions. Dario was a wonderful host. He met us on site and gave plenty of useful tips and great recommendations. Place was clean and had all the facilities. Very spacious shower was a nice bonus!

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: The location is excellent, very close to the city center. Very clean and decorated in a typical Sicilian style.

Cons: On some evenings, music from the bar across the street would be heard, but after 00:00, was ok.

It was comfortable and clean but lacking some amenities

Pros: Property is at the best location. It is away from the noise and partying yet close to all the attractions and street markers. It’s also close to the marina but the traffic was horrendous. it’s right close to the Quattro Conti and all the best restaurants. Property was really clean. Air condition worked really well despite the fact that we unfortunately were visiting on the days of heat wave. Bed was comfortable . Lots of towels provided Bathroom was really nice equipped with sachets of shower gel, drying rack , hair dryer etc. Rooms were beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes and smart television. Beautiful balconies in both bedrooms. The host was really helpful and kept in touch. The area is quite but safe for even solo female travellers. Palermo is cheap for souvenirs and food.

Cons: There is no kitchen. We felt there was need of a kitchen sink in the area dedicated as kitchenette. There is no washing machine Kettle was provided on request

Pros: The apartment is in the center of the city, just a few minutes walk. Dario was very nice and always helpful, even in the middle of the night.

Cons: Unfortunately you only get one key, Dario is always helpful and can open the door from outside but you feel a bit guilty calling him in the middle of the night.

Excelente

Pros: La ubicacion es excelente . Lugar estratégico porque esta ubicado en zona de lugares para comer y pubs , tambien para acceder a medio de transporte para playa mondello, tambien para acceder a lugares turisticos, a dos cuadras de via liberta. El anfitrion muy atento y considerado, en mi caso contemplo la posibilidad de hacer check in antes del horario estipulado y luego permitio poder dejar las valijas luego del check out . El departamento es muy lindo , muy bien equipado y decorado.

Cons: Que no tenia ascensor y el departamento esta ubicado en un segundo piso.

piacevole soggiorno a Palermo

Pros: Dario e' gentilissimo nel fornirti tutte le informazioni per il tuo soggiorno consigliandoti locali veramente interessanti. L'appartamento e' centralissimo ai mezzi di trasporto per l' aeroporto e per gli spostamenti con i bus cittadini; non molto distante anche la fermata della metropolitana di Palermo. Comunque a piedi e' facile raggiungere tutti i principali monumenti. La zona e' una zona residenziale non trafficata e tranquilla. L'alloggio e' bello e pulito, le camere spaziose ed il bagno e' spazioso con una doccia veramente comoda, non i soliti loculi! Soggiorno molto piacevole; sicuramente esperienza da ripetere. Giulio

DA RIFARE SICURAMENTE....

Pros: L'appartamento ben arredato, molto bello, confortevole e pulito. Ben servito, vicino locali , supermercato aperto 24h, bar etc.. Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi da via della liberta' con negozi di ogni tipo vicino al politeama. Il proprietario garbato efficente pronto ad ogni esigenza risponde sempre.

Cons: E' un secondo piano senza ascensore, con gradini alti essendo un palazzo antico ma ben tenuto. Poi non c'è un lavandino nella piccola \

Una estancia increíble en Palermo

Pros: El apartamento era igual que en las fotos. Tiene aire acondicionado y una pequeña cocina equipada. Está en una zona muy céntrica y segura. Darío ha sido en todo momento muy atento y nos ha dado consejos para nuestra estancia en Palermo. Además, fue una grata sorpresa ver que nos había dejado una botella de agua en la nevera. Recomendamos alojarse aquí.

Pros: Posizione ottima , Rapporto con i gestori eccellente , sempre disponibili

Cons: anche se discretamente pulito , in alcuni punti si potrebbe migliorare ,

Pros: Posizione eccellente, si raggiunge il centro storico in 15 minuti

Cons: Manca l'ascensore, anche se l'appartamento è situato al secondo piano
