Pros: The property is charming, it’s quiet, it’s a great location and it provides all you need.

Perfect!

Pros: So close to the centre, but far enough to be quiet. The owner takes good care of her guests, and warns when it may be noisy, and provides a sleep kit. Everything is thought of - washing machine, kettle, microwave, filtered water ready on arrival, and mini bottle of prosseco and treats! The owner is always available to help, and provides recommendations of places to visit etc. This is our 3rd time staying, and we would happily stay again.

Very comfortable and great location

Pros: Apartment was very comfortable and in an excellent location with good restaurants and bars nearby.

Best place to stay in Palermo

Pros: we did not have breakfast but a few minutes away are many very nice possibilties to have breakfast. The place is great on a nice street just out of the crowded touristic streets. The best of both. Everything was great the beds, good silent AC, nice traditional ceilings, good shower, close to the trains station. good to have a washing machine, supermarket close by, contactless arrival; who needs contact with a host to explore Palermo exept when you are uncertain or think high of yourself want to be welcomed. We liked everything.

Cons: I do not like one review of somebody from England who stayed in July and we as well after them.I hope not in the same apartment. This guest managed give a 5. It is a shame. His review is subjective and so full with misplaced arrogance. Who wants in the summer in Palermo hang a lot of clothes and need more hangers. Who wants to be welcomed because he stayed 6 nights by the host. I stayed several times a month in a apartment in Italy, France and Holland never seen a host, so what. Negative people ruin your good name with their negative reviews their glass is always half empty and find always something what is wrong in their opinion. My glass is half full and I give a 10.

Pros: Our stay was wonderful. We have fallen in love with Palermo and our stay in casa Dada contributed greatly towards it. The flat was in the most perfect location, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was a perfect wake up in the morning.

Pros: Location and facilities - everything is catered for! Even shopping bags are provided - little touches that make your stay so much easier

Live a bit like a Sicilian

Pros: Great location close to attractions and supermarket. Short walk to the train and bus station. The apartment has lots of Sicilian charm, including a balcony clothes line, coloured LED lights in the bathroom ceiling, and murals on living room and bedroom ceilings

Cons: Nothing that really mattered. We enjoyed ourselves

Truly exceeding my expectation

Pros: all the facilities attached to the room (kitchen fully furnished, for instance), WIFI, terrace, and fantastic location!

Cons: just add a kitchen towel...

Pros: The apartment is located in a very nice district of la Kalsa. Very close to Via Vittorio Emanuele, the main touristic pedestrian Avenue. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, Well equipped, contained even a Coffee machine. The bed was Big and comfy. The area is filled with classy restaurants (but not expensive) and as I observed, most of the guests were locals worth to try out. It's quiet over the night. Big thanks to our host for the brilliant restaurant recommendation (book the table in advance) - the best cuisine I tried in Sicilia!
