Pros: Location is very close to the main attractions in an old city center. A good restaurants and bars in a suburb. An appartmemt has a nice, small balcon for easy coffee drinking. A coffee machine is in a flat. A kitchen is equipped well. A flat is very clean. WIFI works without problems. A host is available for all questions and gives a max support for pleasant stay.

Cons: We stay in an appartment in February. From our point of view more warm blankets have to be available already on a beginning on the beds. We found an extra blanket in a closet. We warm a flat with A/C, which works ok.

The best location, host and great apartment!

Pros: The apartment was prepared for us a few hours earlier than the agreed check-in time. The hosts are very nice and it is easy to contact. The apartment is well equipped, nice, has two balconies! And above all, the location is great! It is very close to centro storico, Lidl, shops, bus stops and the train.

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Pros: Genius Home is in perfect location to explore Palermo: next to Piazza Rivoluzione, 10 min walk from train/bus station, 15 min from Via Marquad - Via Emanuelle crossing. Clean and quiet street. The flat is bigger than expected - comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Pictures show exactly how the flat looks like. Own elevator to get you right to the flat is great. Roberta was very quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Pros: The home is located in a great spot within easy walking distance of the sights, bars and restaurants. The home is spacious with good light and fresh air. Highly recommend.

Pros: Happening location and amazing restaurants within 2 mins. Well kept apartment.

Cons: Noisy neighbours and foul smell on terrace coming from neighbourhood. Had some issues locating the apartment but host was helpful.

Great apartment with Elevator in ZTL

Pros: The size and comfort plus it has an elevator. Close to a lot of stuff.

Cons: In a ZTL does not mention it anywhere. If you are a foreigner forget about getting a pass. Honestly this keeps it form being a 10 out of 10. I would suggest it be in the description and maybe offering some help to non EU citizens.
