Authentic Palermo Charm with a Rooftop Oasis

Pros: I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment nestled in one of Palermo’s most authentic neighborhoods, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The area is vibrant and full of character—locals chatting in the streets, small family-run shops, and delicious bakeries just around the corner. It felt like stepping into the real Palermo, far from the tourist crowds. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. But the absolute highlight? The stunning terrace overlooking the rooftops of Palermo! Whether sipping morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, the view was simply magical—panoramic, peaceful, and unforgettable. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, charm, and a true Sicilian atmosphere, this is it. I can't wait to return!

Cons: the neighborhood can be a bit lively at night, with the sounds of city life drifting in. But for me, it added to the charm and energy of the place—just bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Good choice

Pros: Spacious comfortable apartment, well equipped and a fine terrace with a view of the mountains. Quiet location but close to most popular sights Quattro Canti, Palermo Cathedral, Via Roma etc and right Qvivi and Bollicine bars. My neighbour in Dublin is going there in September on my recommendation 😀

Cons: Apartment keys were difficult to use. Could do with lubricating the door locks. A microwave would have been handy.

Would return but only if the double mattress were replaced - we barely slept.

Pros: Very clean, spacious and modern apartment with excellent roof terrace. Had everything we needed for our two nights. Sofa bed was comfortable for our daughter. Clean stair.

Cons: The double bed in bedroom was extremely uncomfortable - left us with aches each day and woke the other person up every time someone moved - please change the mattress! No coffee machine or pods provided, nor anything to use with the cafetière.

Hassle free, very comfortable, picturesque and simply perfect stay.

Pros: Stylish apartment with comfortable facilities, fantastic view from terrace and very central to everything.

Cons: Top floor with lots of stairs. But needed that to burn off Cannoli and all the fab food.

Pros: The apartment was great, especially the terrace. The location was also excellent within walking distance of the attractions. The bed was also really comfortable. We had a great stay.

Cons: No bottle opener

Pros: The apartment was excellent, so spacious and the terrace was an incredible bonus. Nice to have a drink or dinner on the terrace. The kitchen was well appointed for a serious cooking. No major issue. The location is little bit off the main center but not far from all the great restaurants and the food market.

Cons: The bathroom needs some updating.

Pros: Świetny apartament, idealnie zlokalizowany, blisko dworzec kolejowy, przystanek autobusowy,Lidl prawie, że za rogiem. Można poczuć włoski klimat mieszkając w kamieniczce między lokalsami😊Czysty, przestronny i z pięknym widokiem na góry 😍 taras położony idealnie, ponad dachami, dzięki temu można było zachować prywatność i rozkoszować się poranna kawka w promieniach słońca, lub schłodzonym apperolem po zachodzie😁 Byliśmy tam tydzień z mężem i 4 letnim synem, wszyscy zgodnie stwierdziliśmy, że będziemy tęsknić nie tylko za Sycylia ale za naszym apartamentem😊

Pros: Wir hatten den besten Host und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und die Lage an sich perfekt!

Cons: Das Bett war etwas hart und nachts war es manchmal laut durch die Passanten.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage in einem interessanten Bezirk.

Pros: Die Lage war sehr zentral. Fussläufig alle wichtigen und interessanten Punkte zu erreichen. Bus- und Bahnanbindung ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Cons: Abends und Nachts sind viele Geräusche zu hören. Kalsa ist für ruhebedürftige Menschen gut zu überlegen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lies uns Manches vermissen. So waren die Sitze auf der Terrasse so ungepflegt, dass wir sie nie benutzt haben. Ein Sonnensegel oder Sonnen-Schirm hätte uns auch die Terrasse nutzen lassen.
