Stay close to the heart of Palermo in a new, stylish apartment that would satisfy every need

Pros: Very fashionable and new, central apartment. Whether you are looking to experience the Palermo party scene/night life or just explore the city, this apartment is perfect for your needs. Furthermore, it‘s newly furnished, stylish and properly stocked with everything you need. There are complementary water, snacks and a tea selection, and there are even bottles of wine, champagne and beer at a very convenient cost. The apartment is spacious. The main room and the bathroom, very spacious meanwhile the kitchen is just right. We arrived very late, close to midnight and the owner was very flexible about the check in process. Furthermore, he helped us book a parking spot (at a late hour on a Saturday) in a private parking next to the apartment. Automated check in, very easy & safe. Very kind, polite and helpful owner.

Pros: Excellent location, close to the centre of Palermo and Centrale station. Property was extremely clean & well set up, even with beach towels which was a lovely touch. Great shower and all the amenities that you need.

Cons: The windows are thin and you can hear everything outside the apartment when you are trying to sleep.

Pros: The appartment looked new and clean. The location, near the train station and near all sights, was great

Cons: The appartment was a bit noisy at night

Bardzo podobało nam się to miejsce. Zdecydowanie polecam na krótki wypad do Palermo!

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo uprzejmy właściciel, z którym jest doskonały kontakt. Na plus jest również duża ilość przedmiotów podstawowego użytku takich jak mydło, herbata, kawa.

Cons: W parze z świetną lokalizacją idzie oczywiście hałas z ulicy. Niestety, okna nie są wystarczająco szczelne, dlatego polecam przyszłym gościom z lekkim snem wyposażyć się w zatyczki do uszu :)

Pros: C'était propre et bien situé, spacieux Notre hôte était très gentil et disponible, plein de bons conseils

Cons: Le bruit, l'isolation est très mauvaise

Pros: Bellissima struttura,dotata di tutti i confort necessari,pulita,centrale e di buon gusto. Host super.La consiglio vivamente

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat such super funktioniert, wir haben viele Tipps für Restaurants... erhalten. Die Lage ist gut, direkt in der Stadt, aber sehr laut am Abend, man konnte kaum schlafen. Für 2 Nächte aber ausreichend.

Cons: Un po' rumorosa la zona. Il bagno era bollente, forse perché era presente lo split dell'aria condizionata esterno lì vicino. Mancanza raccolta differenziata

Pros: La posizione è eccellente. L'appartamento meraviglioso. Il gestore disponibile e molto attento alle esigenze dell'host.

Cons: Suggerirei soltanto di insonorizzare la porta e la finestra per i rumori esterni.

Città affascinante, ottima esperienza

Pros: Ottima posizione, comoda per raggiungere i luoghi di maggior interesse. Proprietario simpatico e disponibile.
