Pros: location was great, property was clean, quiet and spacious, outside tables with chairs was great and private parking was a big bonus

Cons: lack of windows and would've liked the kitchen bit more equipped

Nice and clean apartment only a short walk from the city centre.

Pros: It's a nice and clean apartment, only 10' walk from the Palermo city centre. There is also parking space for cars. The girl who welcomed us was very friendly and nice.

Cons: The landlady asked us to pay extra money for late checkin (we got there after 8 pm), while this was not written in the confirmation we got from booking. But at the end we both agreed and we didn't pay it.

Pros: Good location and safe place to park a car if you are traveling by car.

Pros: We had a great stay! The apartment is in a perfect location – just a short walk to the old town and close to everything you need. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and the price-performance ratio was absolutely excellent. Highly recommended!

Perfect for a short stay near Palermo Marina

Pros: Ideal for a few nights. Very friendly and helpful owners. Private parking. Some amenities, water, coffee offered on arrival. All main attractions of Palermo within walking distance

Cons: Lack of daylight (no windows) but this is compensated by a nice little common outside area.

Quiet comfortable apartment near city attractions

Pros: The location is great as it's very close to attractions in the city and has safe, private car parking. The bed is comfortable and it was nice to have a sofa to sit on and a table to eat at. The kitchen was very well equipped with an oven, stove and large fridge freezer, so it was easy to make meals. Although we were initially taken back by the windows being false so there is no view, it meant that the apartment was very quiet even though we were close to a main road. There is a nice shared area outside with tables and chairs where you can relax.

Cons: The lack of windows but this was not really a problem as we were out most of the day and it meant it was quiet for sleeping.

Pros: Amazing apartments with sea view and excellent staff.

Pros: Good location in a quiet area. Easy to walk into the centre and parking available. Hosts really helpful and attentive.

Cons: Parking access a bit tricky with reduced space to manoeuvre.

Pros: There is a parking lot inside, and it is even free. It's real deal that parking is free in Palermo. Also, the apartment is clean, spacious and nice. It's very cost-effective.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Everything was wonderful. The only inconvenience of the apartment is the lack of windows. The bed and couch are big and comfortable. A great convenience is the courtyard with parking spaces at no extra charge upon prior request.
