Pros: Excellent location - walking distance to many attractions and areas. Lovely owner who gave comprehensive instructions on how to enter the property. Great balcony and very comfortable apartment.
Cons: I personally didn't find the bed that comfortable but it might just be me. A little noisy during the day but quietened overnight.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It was easy to check in and check out, the apartment was clean, and my stay was pleasant.
Pros: The apartment is spacious and bright, with a nice balcony. It has everything you need in the kitchen, including a coffee machine. The location is convenient — many attractions are within a short walk.
Cons: It can be quite noisy outside at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep (even with earplugs). Also, it would be nice to have proper plates instead of plastic ones.

I would recommend to stay in this place.
Pros: It’s clean and modern. I can tell that the owner put a lot of effort to make travelers feel comfortable. What I like the most is that the owner waited us and met us in person to give keys and recommendations about where to eat etc. Most of the places now owners don’t show up anymore. And the interaction adds so much points!

Pros: L'appartamento è nuovo e ben concepito. Solo due ambienti ma comodi. Il terrazzino e la finestra danno su una strada veloce, ma i doppi vetri limitano molto i rumori. La posizione è strategia tra il Molo trapezoidale, la Cala e in 10 minuti a piedi la centrale via Roma e sei già in centro storico. Marialaura è stata molto gentile e collaborativa. Grazie!
Cons: Beh piccole cose, il tavolino da giardino con le stecche lo cambierei. Le tazzine traballano! Così come alcune foto sul sito: danno l'idea che ci si affacci sul mare. Che comunque è a due passi.

Pros: Квартира чиста, охайна та добре обладнана всім необхідним для комфортного проживання. Зручне розташування, гарна місцевість, приємний інтер’єр. Заселення пройшло швидко, власник був на зв’язку та дуже привітний.
Cons: Суттєвих мінусів не було. Все ідеально. Єдине: було б добре додати великий ніж до кухонного приладдя.

Pros: Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Calalula Apartment. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, insbesondere die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Der Check-in war einfach und Dank der guten Anweisungen schnell erledigt. Die Lage ist ideal um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen.
Cons: Die Straße ist tatsächlich sehr laut, aber mit Ohrstöpseln ist auch das kein wirkliches Problem.

Pros: Eine sehr nette, gut ausgestattete und bequeme Unterkunft, sehr nah am Zentrum in Palermo. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin verlief freundlich und perfekt. Zwar liegt die Unterkunft an einer befahrenen Straße, jedoch hat mich das nicht gestört.

Pros: L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo moderno vicino a via Cavour. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in piazza Verdi e in via Maqueda. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, ben arredato e completo di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato la pulizia accurata, la comodità del letto, il rapporto qualità - prezzo e la posizione. Vicino ci sono bar, minimarket e ristoranti dove mangiare. Poco distante dal mercato della Vucciria, dove c'è una vasta scelta di trattorie e street food dove, a prezzi calmierati, si mangia dell'ottimo cibo ( il pesce è freschissimo).

Pros: Sono stato 5 giorni nel Calalula Apartment. L'ppartamento è molto spazioso, confortevole, ben attrezzato e con un bel balcone. Ci sono due climatizzatori, uno nel soggiorno e una nella stanza da letto entrambi ben funzionanti. La cucina è ben dotata di tutto il necessario, anche di una lavastoviglie e il forno. Il bagno è grande. La proprietaria Marialaura è stata molto gentile.
