Great location, clean, nice apartment. Good value for money.

Pros: The property has a good location, easy to park on the street, free of charge. The center is very close, easy walk. Central good location, nice building. All information was provided, was really pleased with their communcation.

Cons: In 2025 a modern larger TV and a dishwasher would be good to have, or to have the fridge door fixed.

Perfect apartment, perfect location

Pros: Perfect location, very clean apartment, bed and pillows were very comfy which seemsto be a rarity in italy. Very responsive host, there was a minor issue with the wifi which was very quickly corrected. 10/10 would stay again the next time I'm in palermo.

Apartment für zwei Personen in guter Lage

Pros: Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Hafen – einerseits nicht weit zu diesem neuen Hafenviertel und andererseits nicht weit zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt. Apartment in einem modernen Gebäude mit Lift. Angenehm war auch Meerblick und Terrasse. Einen öffentlichen Parkplatz habe ich in der Nähe finden können.

Cons: Ich hab nicht gut genug gelesen – 50 m² sind es wohl. Ausreichend für zwei Personen. Es gibt eine Küche mit Ess Gelegenheit und ein Schlafzimmer. Irgendwie fehlte mir ein Wohnzimmer. Schade dass über Neujahr die Zentralheizung mit Wärmepumpe nicht in Betrieb war. Wir wurden unverzüglich mit Heizstrahlern versorgt.

Zentral gelegene sichere Wohnung mit Aufzug in zentrumsnähe

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hell. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zusätzlich konnte man einen Parkplatz für 25 € mieten, der auf dem gesicherten Grundstück war. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel und Anweisungen funktionierten über Whatsapp reibungslos. Zusätzlich haben wir einige Tips für Sightseeing und Restaurants erhalten.

Apartamento muito bem localizado e limpo!

Pros: O anfitrião tinha em lanche de muito delicioso à nossa disposição quando chegámos. O apartamento é muito bem localizado e perto de tudo. Apartamento limpo e a zona é bastante calma. Muito próximo da Marina onde há uma zona de restaurantes muito diversa e um espetáculo de água muito bonito à noite.

Cons: Infelizmente tivemos um problema com o esquentador que o proprietário não conseguiu resolver com a rapidez desejada, mas ficou resolvido! O apartamento tem pouca louça para o caso de queremos fazer refeições. Não tem micro-ondas o que daria bastante jeito para aquecer leite e refeições rápidas.
