Pros: The location is amazing, allows to visit Palermo on foot, all major touristic destinations are within 10 min walking. The house is big enough to welcome groups of 4 - 6 people, with 2 major bedrooms with dedicated bathroom and a sofa-bed. Vincenzo, the host, is superb in providing tips for city visit and support your stay contributing in living a memorable Palermo experience.

Cons: The apartment is inside a building poorly maintained. That's a pity for the experience despite aligned with the spirit of the city. The apartment itself is a little bit messy with drawers full of books and furniture.

Pros: Stylish, spacious, well equipped apartment with 2 balconies, overlooking a lively street. Right in the heart of the old city, great location. Communication with the host was good and he kindly organised airport delivery and drop off for us. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons: Apartment is on a street filled with lively popular bars. This definitely adds atmosphere but also means that it's quite noisy until late - especially on the weekend.

Pros: Location is ideal very central with easy access. The flat is clean and spacious. The host is very helpful and kind.

Perfect place for your Palermo break

Pros: Firstly, such a beautiful apartment. It was in the best location! Literally in the hustle and bustle of it all! Also some great bars below. Beds were comfy, felt like you had lots of space and amazing value for money, I can't recommend it enough.

Cons: The entrance to the building was under construction and It can be a little noisy however that is due to it being in such a lively area and in an older building, however the apartment itself was nice and modern and I would not let this put you off.

Authentic, stylish, and perfectly located – we loved it.

Pros: Four Luxury Art was such a great find. The space itself was huge, stylish, and full of personality – we all loved the authentic Italian vibe. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center, with amazing bars just downstairs that gave everything a lively, animated feel without ever being too noisy. The host was fantastic, super responsive and helpful with every question or small issue we had. Everything felt smooth and easy from start to finish. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches – water, coffee, and even some sweets waiting for us. It’s those little things that made a big difference. Everyone in our group agreed this was one of our favorite stays in Sicily.

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location

Pros: Four Luxury Art is a very beautiful and roomy apartment right in the heart of Palermo's historic area. The apartment even has lovely painted ceiings and, while it is right beside a number of bars and restaurants, it is high enough above street level that we didn't notice any noise from these.

Cons: The apartment is listed as having no parking available and that is accurate. We had a car and parking was a challenge, but that was on us

Beautiful apartment in the middle of Palermo

Pros: Loved this apartment, fantastic location, very responsive host. Kitchen stocked AMAZINGLY!! Very close to fab restaurant. Only 15min walk to train station. We just wish we had more time here, would love to come back!!

Cons: One shower was difficult to keep to coming from the main head and not the small head (it switched over and back) but not a huge issue. Lots of stairs for older people but didn’t bother my parents too much.

Brilliant location and space.

Pros: The amount of room for the value of money is wonderful. It is very spacious and we couldn’t hear each other in separate rooms.

Cons: The dishwasher had old mouldy utensils in it so I’d ask if the dishwasher could be turned on before the next guests arrive. We believe this is why there were ants in the kitchen when we first arrived.
