Family vacation

Pros: Very central to many attractions and restaurants by walk! The apartment has everything you need for a short stay

Cons: The pillows are uncomfortable. There was a bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.

perfect location and stress-free, contributed to love Palermo and Sicily

Pros: Brand new (as of 08/2025) apartments, modern design, 4m tall, fully equipped. Right at the gate to Kalsa, IMHO the best part of Palermo, magical old town with laidback atmosphere of great restaurants (A'nìca!), drink bars, live music and small clubs (Castigamatti!). Shoreditch and Kreuzberg enthusiasts will love Kalsa. Quattro Canti also 5 minutes away. Location also perfect for day trips to San Vito Lo Capo (coach stop at the front), Cefalù (train station 10 minutes away). Communication with the agency via WhatsApp not instant, but just fine, handover of the keys on time, welcome chat with F. nice. No issues - stress-free holidays. The stay for 10 days very satisfying.

Cons: For us (couple with teenagers) it was perfect, but there might be people looking for less busy/noisy location. Recycling - just watch the containers in front of the building and work it out.

Pros: bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko atrakcji, duże pokoje, dwie oddzielne sypialnie, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia

Cons: okna skierowane na główną ulicę - głośno w nocy, prysznic wymaga czyszczenia, niedoklejnone płytki w łazience

Cons: L'appartement est neuf mais les équipements ont l'air déjà anciens, l'appartement est situé sur une artère très bruyante

Pros: Die Lage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut man befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in fußnähe Punkt wenn man abends ausgehen will befindet man sich am Ort des Lebens Punkt trotzdem ist es abends aufgrund der Isolierung der Fenster leise genug um gut schlafen zu können. Die Einrichtung ausstattung des zimmers ist gut.

Cons: Ich empfand die Kommunikation als schwierig auf der Webseite wurden mir falsche parkplätze angezeigt diese musste ich mir selber suchen was im Palermo nicht ganz leicht ist. Der Boden war dreckig und dann nervigsten war sobald man den wasserhahn betätigt fing Boiler an laut zu pfeifen, was man in allen drei Zimmern hören kann.
