This apartment was a suitable option for a short stay to explore Palermo.

Pros: Great location for exploring Palermo on foot. Very handy to have private parking spot. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was good and large. Lounge and TV were comfortable.

Cons: The lighting was difficult to use, and I don’t like the blue lights. The kitchen is a bit too small to be able to do proper meal preparation.

Good value for money and a comfortable stay for a couple who want to experience the city.

Pros: Centrally situated within easy walking distance to all historical sites and a large selection of restaurants. The parking facilities is a big bonus, safe and giving direct access to the apartment. Fantastic beaches are only 20 minutes by bus.

Cons: No issues.

Pros: We stayed here for three nights in May. This is a very convenient apartment for visiting Palermo on foot. We parked the car in the underground garage and left it there apart from when we visited Monreale- you must go there to visit the cathedral. The apartment is very modern and well- equipped. I was delighted that the washing machine had a short programme to catch up quickly with the laundry we had amassed over a week. The owner was there to meet us when we arrived and was most obliging and easy to contact on WhatsApp. We would recommend this apartment.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Spacious and nicely furnished apartment for a couple. Location is within walking distance of the major sights, restaurants, and shopping. Host/host's dad are friendly and easy to deal with. Private parking in underground garage was a big plus. Only downsides were external noise from the street late at night, especially at the weekend, and the wifi stopped working during our stay.

Pros: Great location very close to good restaurants and shopping town. About 20 minute walking distance to old town center. Apartment is spacious and having a well equipped kitchen. One of the best part is free underground parking. Owner's fathet welcomed us on behalf of the owner and opened garage gate. He was very kind to explain many things about the apartment and neiborhoods.

Cons: The room was little bit dark. Otherwise nothing to criticize.

Pros: We spent 3 days in Palermo and we ate in restaurants. The apartment is optimally located for sightseeing, but also for having a drink or food vicinity. Andrea is really great host: waited for us to give us the keys and he provided recommendations even in advance (per what's up) on what to do and what to see in Palermo. It was really useful because we did it exactly as he recommended. The apartment has enough space for a comfortable stay and has everything you might need for 3 days.
