Pros: I am satisfied with my stay. Christina is a very kind and welcoming person. There was no problem at all with collecting the keys, and everything went smoothly from the very beginning. The apartment was absolutely spotless — it was such a pleasure to sleep in such clean, fresh-smelling bed linen. The towels were perfectly clean as well. All the amenities were available on site: a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee, tea — truly everything you might need. Everything was beautifully clean and well prepared. Christina was also very helpful and responsive. She always replied to messages quickly, and there was never any issue with any request we had. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this place in Palermo. It’s safe, close to everything, and you can expect a genuinely warm welcome

Bellissimo
